Mine is 26. Is it ok that age is not involved in the formula?
I think that old guys need their body to have some fat, but perhaps its balanced with the musuclar loss.

Can't you compute the BMI? What's so hard? (at least with the formula I used, not sure if there are others)
58 / 1.72^2 = 19.6 (approx.)
I'd say that's kinda weak.

Actually it's 0 because spirits don't weight anything, even if the appearance is skeletal

For me that is right. I'm 1.84 and 74kg - BMI = 21.9 - normal, and nobody can't say I'm overweighted or underweighted.
