Well who exactly could be debating that^^? Since it's a Time Machine and should I understand the idea correctly we'll just travel trough time and handle actual conflicts. I think the very "reality" of the events is the challenge of this since a hypothetical debate is a bit vague and you can't really judge that easily.

Azagal pretty much nailed it, the idea is to discuss actual events and issues... And Carthage is probably the oldest discussion that'll be lead.
I was more fond of focusing on the middle ages onward.

Well I kinda lack time lately with school respawning in my life and stuff - I asked twice for people to help me judge but no one answered so... It might take a while.
I'll try to draw conclusions for the weekend.
