@PhoenixReborn: you need to steal your feather back & a certain bow is for some reason named after H3 arti, plus I think morale went up when you announced your retrun that armor doesn't come with intimidation but I wish a certain cloak was renamed - because I won't touch it due to its name now.

Played game 1 vs Radar

With every spell booster available, dest book, Galib plus Elvin's lucky horsehoe, what simple academy could I play?
Altho I still kinda made mistake to go magic mirror v necro (instead of extra point on defence) ...& that book took up same slot as ogre shield ...& serendipitously spent too much to buy ring of speed from town arti merchant but got helm of +2 knowledge + titan trident instead...that frenzy on rakshas is very common it seems so I;ve learnt not to place them next to titans
Thanks Radar, I only won this on luck really...

Game 5
Proved to be a slight anti-climax unfortunately
Radar ingvar Primus kragh
I did the typical Kragh build & lucky to get enlightment with bloodfire & max damage(luck) [the armour helped along with lion crown & Elvin's horseshoe]
Radar had dark & I had no shatter...

Just brief additional comments on previous games 2-4:
game 2 inga with the right light spells v dungeon: enuf said
game 3 ornella had no PM or slow or suffering available so thought I'd try summoning...not so good against only basic shat dark
game 4 kythra had emphaty plus exp sorcery ftw!...guess I'll have better plans agst counterspell in the future

It was interesting in the 1st game of bliz vs shag that dungeon casted implosion instead of area spells
Anyway, I also recently found out that PhoenixReborn is in the game

Yeah not much he could do there. Maybe with a successful early puppet but too high resistance to be sure it would work. Btw.. I am thinking to eliminate the stamina hp bonus, it's not like it was gonna happen in a real game - even if you get stamina on last level everyone attacks main heroes with secondaries to remove combat bonuses  More importantly it's not like orcs don't kick @ss with enlightenment alone.
Shadya vs Inga was predetermined, too low mana. Also blackies charging into enemy lines might not have been the best course of action, ofc with that kind of mana dungeon was forced to try melee anyway..
In Ornella vs Gotai you could have tried both schools or at least add battle frenzy/vitality to your summoning. Skelies were too far away from liches to protect them and.. why the heck did you fall for all those taunts? After you started raising vamps it was already over, the fatal error of going into defensive when you have nothing to keep you alive. Why go to front anyway.
Your Deirdre had 110 mana, considering that counterspell drains double the mana Radar could use a empowered meteor/implosion and completely drain your hero. Plus no defense for necro sucks, if you want to keep warlock from playing then you should at least try to overtake him by might. Reason it was even close was Radar taking reds. Also not taking anti-frenzy measures as sending hydras as far as possible or keeping minos close to dragons after frenzy was revealed.
About Shagrat games I loved necro vs haven, frenzy on dragons Dungeon game could indeed have gone better with aoe on paladins/angels and trying to take down sylvan with tome of dark and no mastery.. Not so good idea

Puppetting Flamelords right after they acted with 7 spellpower and no mastery - even after haste they had 1 initiative (probably closer to 0 but the game doesn't show it) and then casting Endurance directly on Pristines, I smeel a huge brain fart

Made a few more changes like adding raise dead to Giovanni and making stamina give +1% to hp. Can't complain that I completely nerfed it

That sorta agrees with what I mentioned in some other thread (that it's very unlikely for orcs to have that hp bonus for final battle)Quote:

Also I was dungeon & Radar was deirriere...actually empowered arma can drain 80 plus reds was just for surprise factor - incinerate without retaliation lol

That third game with Necro and Dungeon was weird man
Red Dragons against Necro? Banshees against Dungeon?
I wouldn't have bothered with Counterspell and just spammed CotN nonstop, but you won either way.

@blizzard: yah 264 dmg CotN vs emphaty sorcery kythra 960 dmg empowered meteor/FB (plus red incinerate)...woulda liked to know the result there, yah baby {only joking, not having a dig at ya}
on the other hand...I can't get over the ballista targetting ghosts & wasting the certain hits...hey ballista, are you on my side? why not hit torpored/blinded units too?

gees map revised...Radar & I should totally replay game 5 again with the stamina mod but he has to take full dwarf army with dark book vs my non-shat orcs...oh well, I was looking forward to intriguing outcome too
I would still be inclined to take the stamina perk with dark relavations to avoid the enlight perks flooding level-up choices
