I used C# for the application. I am currently working at a much larger application, a sort of ERM IDE. More about that in the first weeks of 2010. A little preview of how it looks so far ;;- )

I didn't got it well,is this just for H3 ERM scripting or it is for other game scriptings and things like that?

It's universal but it will have a stand-alone ERM-only plugin ::- ).

Sorry for the delay, I've had a longer-than-usual vacation but now I'm back and hard at work.
