An Untold Evil (OoC)
I had an interesting idea for an RPG, thanks to a nightmare (hey who said all nightmares were only bad?  ).
Anyways, long story short, what if an untold evil is locked away somewhere in the world (which for simplicity's sake isn't going to be Earth...WAY too huge.  ). To be more exact, the way I envision it is a 5x5 square of cities, so one tiny world of 25 cities. The Untold Evil could be anything, from a bunny to a planet-eating moon (Zelda reference, kinda. ). Your job is to prevent all 25 cities from falling to it.
Good guys win when:
They own all 25 cities.
An Untold Evil has been vanquished.
Any Minions of Evil have also been vanquished.
An Untold Evil wins if:
It owns all 25 cities.
All player characters are vanquished. 
Good guys can't instawin on Turn 1 because the Evil hasn't even been discovered.
This is a short term RPG (that is to say, you win and a new round can start if you want. New setting, new Evil.  )
Stats are going to be very, very light, and the setting can be whatever you guys want...but for Round One I actually want to be in recent days.
Ok, player stats are:
HP: 100 (Hit Points, these drop to 0, you go kaputz. And barring a supernatural setting where the dead can be raised, you stay kaputz until the round is over, so be vewy vewy careful. )
Stamina: 100 (Stamina, this affects your ability to run and focus. If this drops to zero, you faint until it gets back to 10. If you're at less than 25, your accuracy with skills and attacks drops and you can't run.)
Body: 10 (governs skills and attacks of a physical kind)
Mind: 10 (governs skills and attacks of a mental kind)
Skills are on a have or not have basis, so if you're a Doctor, you have the ability to use Doctor skills. Otherwise, you have no healing skills at all.
You can be ANYTHING you'd expect to see in modern society. If we ever take a fantasy setting or a sci-fi setting, I'll have to make a list, but call dibs on anything...you'll never know if YOU'LL be important to destroy the Evil.
I wonder if anyone will be a Student lol. 
So if anyone is interested, we could start Round 1. Knowing Forum RPG's, even one round can take a while though. 
Your base stats carry over to each successive round if you wish to keep playing, as do bonuses gained in each round, but your class bonuses (if you're a Doctor, then the Doctor skill is a class bonus) don't.
So, thoughts on the RPG idea?

Action Proficiency: Diving - Allows for diving with special gear appropriate for the situation.
Training: Hand to Hand - Increases accuracy and damage of unarmed attacks.

Action Proficiency: Helicopter Piloting - Allows for the piloting of any type of helicopter.
Training: Agriculture - Gain a bonus to discern the true nature of plants, and a bonus to your ability to grow them as well.
Training: Perception - Gain a +1 to Mind permanently. Gain a circumstance bonus each time you are completing a task that has your total attention.
(In other words what I mean in the last one is, you get a bonus when you're able to focus. If you're in the middle of a firefight...not applicable. )

Interesting. A bit different, and may require a learning curve. Me for one I wouldn't mind being a 'student', or a Navy Seal (think about that for a minute......lol).

They use guns, they need to train (duh). Do Seals do the Diving thing?
Anyways:
Action Proficiency: Diving - Allows for diving with special gear appropriate for the situation.
So...
Weapon Proficiency: Small Guns - Allows for the usage of all pistols and submachine guns.
Weapon Proficiency: Rifle Training - Allows for the usage of rifles.
Training: Combat - Gain a +2 to Body permanently and +20 to HP.

Not sure how much diving is gonna happen, but one never knows.

Wow, there's like nil interest for this one. I would've thought one that has a semi-established time limit would be more fun than one that could technically last until the players die of boredom.

There's a such thing as an agricultural pilot?
Neat!
Airplane or helicopter? Or both?
Training: Agriculture - You know what makes plants grow and what kills them as well. Grants a bonus to discern the true identity of a plant.
That sounds basically like all you'd have. Perhaps you could start with some tools or something related to agriculture.
EDIT: To clarify you'd have piloting skills...which I may just let you fly both types of craft, and agricultural training makes sense too. So you'd have 3 skills.

I knew each person was going to have a different number of skills from day one. It's just part of the game. Although...I could give Alkar a Reflex type bonus (flying planes has to demand some sort of focus and concentration. ).
Then it'd be 4 skills.
@Alkar: Yep, it's all good. Gonna add this to the master post.

I had completly forgotten this rp/game's existans(sorry for misspelling). I'll make a character for first round. Just one thing I wanna know: Is there big water masses/ocean in the first map of the RP?
Cause I take it we make one character per round...right?
