Werewolf mod. [Help needed]

I am trying to create a mod with Werewolves replacing zombies then swithch tier with ghosts. Im using the orc tier 3 creatures as body with wolf head and tail.

Im new to modding and have questions/need help with some things:

1) Animations: Am I able to give it animations from other creatures without screwing up the geometry If so how

2) How do I create the head/tail model to attach to the body And what is the <GlueToNamedBone> for tail-bone

3) How do I change the building appearance from the crypt to something else

Help would greatly appreciated

when it comes to my medusa, the fire elemental part of the body used fire elemental animations, and the witch part mostly used witch animations. I think I mostly used the idling animations. the less each part of the body will move, the easier it is to perfectly join them together.

How do I add animations to models?

Also how do I add multiple effects to an attack animation,
e.gT3c_OrcWarholder-arena-attack00.xdb contains
<Effect href="/Effects/_(Effect)/Characters/Creatures/Orcs/T3a_OrcWarrior/moveDust.(Effect).xdb#xpointer(/Effect)"/>

How do I also add my model <Effect href="/Effects/Wolf_Head.(Effect).xdb#xpointer(/Effect)"/>

I tried a few ways which didn't work. What do I do?
Help appreciated

Can somebody take over and finish this mod for me? Exams and lack of modding skill mean I probably can't.

I can give a you file with: * Alot of the folder structure set up
                           * Half done textures (the alpha mostly)
                           * Some basic models
                           * A list with some ideas/progress
                            (where I was heading)
                           + A few other small things for the Mod

I really want this mod but don't have the time/ability to make it.

If someone could make it, it would be really great

Thanks
