First hello.
Second, yes we are happy to answer you.
And only third, look the dds texture : somewhere there is the texture of "behind the skirt" (no it isn't a shade). Just erase it with the alpha.

i have done it like this
but still it does not work

This isn't the texture you need. In the same folder in the data.pak there is the special texture file for the sword. It contains the word "sword" or "add" in it's name. You'll spot it easy.
