Actually people like that are a joke. Real machismo doesn't even need to talk or boast, real macho guys RADIATE machismo without having to get the others' attention. The others are just trolls. 
@Elvin: yeah, one of my classmates used to fracture an arm (really, not just "faking it") almost every month... that was his response (what I said previously)

That's true. Just look as Schwarzenegger as terminator. he doesn't need to do anything or say a damn word. He just looks at people and a big sign "macho" appears above his head
