Heroes III modding

Hello

Where in h3bitmap.lod (or other) I can find a file which determinates the secondary skills of heroes, and a file which creature abilities details?

I'd like to change Thunar's/Erdamon's secondary skills and raise the % chance for some abilities (like wyvern's poisoning or ghost dragons' aging)...

Sorry, but there are no such files - that info is embedded in the hardcode of the game .exe. You'll need a hex editor and tons of skill, or WoG.
