Oh and at first I wondered whether her boobs were really fake or whether it's just a push up. Or simply gravity defying. Obviously Newton never got to see a nice firm pair of apples because if he had I doubt he'd come up with gravity.

They are 100% fake. See the scar? it's a by-product of breast enlargement. One of the methods is like that: you push the implant through the armpit.
And yeah Brazilian women are awesome, they have the best butts in the galaxy Big&round is good.

It's all about the proper attitude. Look at them as battle scars that she nobly earned when she enlarged her boobs for you. Whenever a fine young lady has her butt fat sucked out, it's not unheard of for the doctor to use a little bit of the extracted material to buff the lips up. If you break it down, it's all the same stuff really.

Something you should be familiar with: Leg elongation. Popular in Asian countries because Asian women are generally smaller and with shorter legs than Caucasian women, which is sometimes a source of inferiority complex.
The process is absolutely horrible - the bone is torn apart by a heavy cage-like extender worn on the leg (connected with lots of wires to the bone - ofc through skin) many months, after that you have to learn to walk anew. You can gain up to 20 cm of leg length that way. Originally invented to help people with one leg much shorter than the other, but... actually there are people who want to go through this because they think they are not beautiful enough.
The very look of the wired leg is a sight that you don't want to experience

I just have the bad habbit of pictureing most things people say. And pushing silicone balls through armpits is just...just wrong man oO. Not to mention the belly button if that is even possible.
How can you say how is that even bad? It's a fake boob going through your armpits. Something like that defies the morale background of god and bad. It's just wrong. Then again if she has nice breasts in the end I guess all can be forgiven...

Great going guys! Demeaning women, rambling on about "natural beauty" and bashing people who have gone trhough plastic surgery.
What do you think drives these people to go through these grotesque sounding operations in the first place? What's with rising up such a noise about who won what beauty pageant? It's like some people of a foreign culture formed a board to judge wich is better: A banana, a mango, an apple or an orange and then you come along to complain about how they ended up with banana when you think the organic mango was better.

You're right! I think I love plastic surgery so much that I'm gonna go and marry it!
You miss the point.
The scenario here is the following: You want big titties, a slim waist and a round butt. The women are pressured to deliver. Some resort to plastic surgery to fill the demand, but then you start calling them pieces of plastic and denying their authenticity as human people.
Where lies the root of the problem? The women are merely the victim of this scenario and the surgery is there to help them or exploit them, depending on wich way to want to look at it. The root of the problem is those who demand the shapes and those who choose to demean those who resort to plastic surgery.
You don't necessarily have to like the scars and the procedures, but the people deserve just as much respect as any other would. There is more beauty to be found in people than that wich is revealed to you from a (bad) picture.
