Castle replacer

Hi there.
There is already so many beautiful cities. And it seams that they are already FINISHED. means that they really works on someone's computer.
Im thinking about simple application which takes the castle from the autor (eg zip archive) and replaces some already existing castle on "my" computer in homm3 installation (because limit of maximal number of creatures in game). To do this we also needs "zip definition" of all "hardcoded" castles to get them back
Myself I'm proggrammer, and I can do this application. I just need "homm know how" - what data are necessary to be repalced.
If I get in, it will shortcut our waiting for all the addons

There is only a new town out here, the Grove, which has its own install. All other projects are postponed, and will never be made, because we know all the end of world is near (2012).

Dream on.

Btw. Making something like this probably won't be possible to make, because some things like portraits of creatures and heroes, parts of map animations and many other things (especially scripts) are in one files, so if we install two different towns one probably won't be full...

"which has its own install"
ok - so idea is old and probably finished So just make it "objective" and applyable for all other towns.
postponed? That is shame, it seamed to me (from screenshots and post in forums) that they are alive and nearly finished (forge, kronverk, cove, bastion...) (

I will
".. in one files..."
Sure. I know it Thats why I call it replacer. To get picture from some source and write it to some position in def or somewhere is not problem. By new town always replace some old (or already repalced0 city. and all old cities have 'pictures...' on (nearly)hardcoded place.
"..scripts.." yes, the variable's names conflict can be problem. But this have time
(eg preffixes from authors are solution. Maybe automated prefix generation in installtime....)
