I have a town idea,Japanese Town: Pagode.You can help me with buildings,creatures,stats etc.

Shuriken Thorwer>Elite Thorwer
Bowman>Composite Bowman
Guard>Veteran Guard
Ronion>Samurai
Horse Archer>Heavy Horse Archer
Ryű>Legendary Ryű
Ryű=japanese dragon(similare Long:chinese dragon)

That town screen really needs some tweaking.

Lizardwarrior... It's good that you're eager to make stuff.
But.. Making a town like that is not really good... And i've seen your creatures too..
My advice: Make less, but make it GOOD. Dont make TONS of stuff, which is poor quality, because honestly your stuff needs much more work 
Making a new town also... Is NOT easy..
Mitabrin and his project is the first town EVER to have been finished.
And still, it got errors now and then.
You should not have your ambitions so high. First of all start by being able to fully animate a creature ^^
I know i'm not the one to say this since i've never been good at ALL at making units, and i've only tried 2 times to just put a creature together by combining parts of units x)
I let the one's who's good at it do it ^^

It is not looking that bad. With some Photoshop filters the background could have some charm.

there are tons of photoshop tutorials online. you will be far more satisfied with your results after you've learnt some (quite essential) tricks

I like the idea of upg Shuriken throwers throwing elite guys
Or the upg bowman being hired in kit...
Seriously speaking... another dragon as a lvl 7 creature 
I'm really really bored of this, even if this one is asian styled or whatever. There is tons of mythical creatures that still sleep outside the Homm universe.
BTW, good luck if you find some teammates to give a birth to this project.

The background looks nice. But the creatures are very poorly made. If you want to begin working I suggest to do major improvements on them.
