Well since Homm4 is almost here lets have a ode to the heroes in Homm3.
So which one will be your favorite (in Multiplayer of course) and why!
I’d have to say good old Crag because he won me the most games.

Hehe, yeah there are many Heroes of doubtful gender out there.
Like Sorsha - lol, that surgeon should be punished
Kyree - what is (s)he?
Andra - 100% male
so what was this thread about? ah yes, ode to heroes.. well, Tazar won me some games, but I guess he's everyone's favourite.. so I will go for...

nah.. she is a lass, methinks...
and as wiggy put it, a good looking one...
anyway... I guess I'll have to pick the youngest member of the Elder Treefolk Council... Ryland helped my arse quite a few times (especially early in the game)
of course since I have played only a bunch of HS games, i can't really say I have great experience...

i could name pack heroes that won the game for me during my time wich i prefer. But 2 heroes comes to my mind.
The 1. is Jenova... i played alot with her some time ago when i played rating impossible. She seems to always aquire the right skills like earth... logistic... offence... etc.
But my all time favorite came along with a game i had in clan. ORRIN... had him along with recanters and golden bow... Man is he a shooting killer machine  )

Caithlin- most be the gold, but a decent magic hero
Kyrre- Runs fast, and he have the guts to stay in touch with his feminene side
Christian- Artillery is fun
Gundula- The eyes, the attitude, and offense specialty
Well I like most heroes really

For some reason, my best games have been with resource heroes as mains, or at least games that were random heroes.

besides hack and the usual ones, guys i like:
Tyraxor, Gurnisson, Jabarkas, Gretchin, Drakon, Wystan, Korbac, Bron, sorsha, Edric, Tyris, on rdms also: the overlords and demoniacs like dace and marius
notice no magic heroes

Thant always rules, but Solymr shall always be my favorite. Those accidental battles which you autocombat so you can autoload quickly which the computer realizes "hey! This guy can wipe out all 4 stacks easily with his special spell" and I win and I'm happy.
Of course, My name is Christian also, so the artillery-firing dude is another favorite.

Tazar, Mephala, Neela are my all time faves i find the offense specialties lacking something.
Tazar is true defense master
Mephala a great hero(my fave armor/leadership is a great starting combo)
Neela an okay magic/def hero(for the times i find it neccessary to cast spells :/)
Overall Mephala is my favorite hero
