To be back on topic - media announces that it was mainly pilots fault. So all those conspiracy theories can be thrown to bin. There is also some small info that president was pressing on them to land asap, but I have no idea how they could know it. Any info about black box ?

This seems likely, considering the recent flight to Georgia, when the president demanded that the pilot lands at the originally planned destination (which had been changed due to weather issues). The pilot was then fired, basically for refusing to kill everyone on board.
