You're in luck S.P.E.C.I.A.L. didn't have time to check the equipment out at an expert. Were she to find out what Rex did it might lead to some rage, fury and very possibly a devilish plan to get back at him.

@Kipshaz: Sorry, I'm confusing your char with in Supervillians with the one from Five Families. That one has a very impronouncable name. I'll change it.
@Joonas: Perhaps so, but Rex' paranoia leads him to do many things that make him unlikeable. He prefers being unliked to being betrayed. Just about everything he makes has some kinda failsafe in it to make sure that it can't be used against him. Paranoia is his greatest weakness.

Most certainly.
And for you all out there, this guy is a gonna be a tough freaking nut to crack. Super strength and invulnerability? Yeah, pretty tough. Don't expect bullets to go through this guy, though he will have some major bruising.

Buildings don't collapse from grenades. Definitely not big buildings from a single grenade! You'd have to throw around a lot, lot more.
What do you carry round with you? Nukes?

It says super durability in his profile. I'd think that that is something decidedly different from invulnerability. I know you're the GM and you can change that, but I'd like some explaination on the power in this. Invulnerability would make the guy completely unstoppable and I'd wonder if that would be fare to us 'lowly players'.
@wog_edn: I think Joonas has a point. Grenades would not collapse a floor. Not personell grenades at least. Unless you're walking in a shopping-mall made of paper.

Personell grenades have hardly progressed in power in the last 150 years, they've progressed in more effective fragmentation. There is no particular reason they would in the coming +- 15 years.
Not to say that there aren't grenades that don't level buildings. There are, but those are used by mortars and tanks. Or perhaps avery powerfull bazooka. However those are very cumbersome and hardly manable by a single person, no matter how super they are.

Yes Wog_Edn, we're in the future. But we're ONLY 15 years into it. And as War-Overlord said, personell grenades have not evolved that much since they were first invented, and we can doubt it does now. You can use stealth tanks, planes(A Japanese sience team stated that they will have the first working prototype of stealthed/cloaked/invisible tanks in the next 10 years) or whatever, but not more powerful grenades  However if we DO get more powerful grenades in the next 15 years, feel free to come and slap us in the face with it ^^
