A joke. The biggest issue is the fact that Blizzard did nothing to prevent this. Last year it was 'covered' by Season Finals, but still, they could have expected this.
Red Bull DC awards WCS points. sOs chance to make into Blizzcon.

But last year the lineup was pretty damn stacked and really good, majority of players in it deserved those spots.
This year however... like half of these guys wouldn't be able to pass Code A in Korea.

Now I have a mixed feelings about this, but more positive than negative.
Negative - as people are saying on TL, SPL giving WCS points is a bit unfair to the rest of the world since 99% of players can't participate in it.
Positive - Koreans can't participate in some of the tournaments that are giving WCS points, especially when they are oversea tournaments. Koreans won't be able to leave their teams just because of the tournaments and WCS points when they can't finance themselves. So I see this as good thing, because a lot of top Koreans will be able to compete with the rest of the world in terms of WCS points but it is matter of how Blizzard redistributes WCS points for SPL. For example top 20 players in SPL get some amount(not huge) of WCS points, or getting very small amount of WCS points for each win?
If they "implement" the system right, it will be great.

I agree, and it will get even worse with the region lock next year... why even have Blizzcon anymore 
Miniraser lost 13 Mutalisks having them sit on top of Marines, lol, but won ez anyways because Happy had such atrocious macro. Such skill in WCS EU

Yes.
Old maps returning to Season 4...I'm not convinced about this. While playing them again can be fun, those maps were figured out long time ago, and now imagine SwarmHosts/Inmortal All-in/Reapers/Blink on some of those maps...
As part of a special tournament could be great, but as part of the official ladder map pool and, consecuently, part of every other tournament...

Well, it can be fun, we never get to see them played otherwise. And there are some amazing maps. Of course things can go south, but they can easily go that way with new maps too. I wish they don't bring just the maps from like a season or 2 ago, that would be lame. And some older maps could be tweaked too, why not.

I know the maps, why the eff would we have one or many of those horrible maps? if we have 7 from the entire existing maps that are made? Don't you think the fans vote for better maps?

And the ones deciding for the maps are geniouses? Why the heck were there such bad maps then ;P
I don't want to judge yet, it could be the best map pool of the entire SC2 era. I surely have less faith in them making new maps

You know, I occasionally let myself think that foreigners... really they are not that bad. But what do I see 
I wish there was less luck in this game, I hate MTG too because I might have a far superior deck but loose because of land draws or a bad draw of cards. If you play mirror of your deck you start realizing how much your starting hand means :S It sucks!

What is the right amount of luck to put into a game?
If there's no luck it's solvable. That is bad.
If there's a lot of luck skill plyas no part. That is bad too.
What is the golden middle ground?

You know, more strategy. I wish there was less "blind sighting" your opponent, meaning that if they didn't scout you they die. That is not skill because there aren't reliable scouting methods to know what your opponent is doing unless you are Protoss with Hallucinations. And even then the hallu-phoenixes it might come too late.
