If the singer is fat and "the way she looks devours you" that means the song sucks ? Iceland was amazing, she has a good voice, the lyrics were nice and the sound was great, reminding me the 90's Eurodance. I wanted to vote three times for it, but I couldn't, because Romania is in the second semifinal. Personally, I agree with most of the songs did made it to the final, except Portugal and Russia, I mean, these songs were boring (like many ballads in this semifinal) and had nothing special.
An intresting thing about this Eurovision is that the songs aren't so dynamic and there's no special effects and spectacle(most are booooring ballads  ) I'll wait for the second semifinal, and I hope it won't be so boring.

Like oh my god! It just totally hit me right on the forehead! The Eurovision voting is handled by phone right? What group of people uses their cellphones the most? That's right! Teenagers, girls in particular.
Teenage girls are the most powerful demographic you can appeal to in the Eurovision song contest.

What? There are people that do not have cellphones yet? :S
In Sweden, you can buy tickets, pay your bills and "declare" (you have to tell the government how much you earn something like that) by sms. The whole society is around cellphones and the internet now.
I got my first cellphone when I was like 7 years old in 2002 and played snake on it lol. It did not even have color! Just green and black! I was so happy when I got a phone later that was not green or black, but had small faint colours.

Germany might in fact be the winner. I currently pin-pointing them in the Final 3 with Azerbaijan and Turkey. (Turkey probably finishes third, Germany/Azerbaijan have an epic showdown for the title).
I hope it's either one of those three instead of a totally unacceptable "WTF?"-victory. (Imagine if Russia or Ukraine won... UGH O_O so much </3)

Denmark and Israel are both awesome. love'm both.
Lithuania was... awkward... and I don't like awkward songs.
Armenia had a cool beat, but the lyrics ruined it for me

Anna was so tense I one knock on the head and she'd have crumbled to pieces. Poor girl...
Azerbaidjan was bland but flashy.
Ukraine had that vampire look going but the song sucked.
I liked netherlands. Just so bright.
Romanian woman singer was just...TOTAL LEATHER LATEX SPANDEX DOMINATION!
Slovenia was fun.
Ireland is kinda boring ballad.
Bulgaria is even more horrible. But song was alright i quess.

Damn, the armenian chick was soo hot!
I like the basic version of our entry. Fast and catchy. Thex failed with the percussion and those fake instruments.
