Naked minotaaur because I wanted to point out the lustful side of the wild ones. They are not only destructive, but also .. well, let's call it sexually VERY open^^ and desirefull - a strong "libido"...there are a thousand ways to call it^^

EDIT:
For your mirrorworlders...as I stated, I like it, but I'm not compeltely sure if I just want to take it compeltely or alter it. Of course i just could take it for now and change it later...

EDIT 2:
Here certain things  I'd like changed on the Mworlders:
1. Really not sure about the dogs. On one hand VERY cool on the other hand maybe for another faction?!
2. Beholder, the same thing.
3. I want some faceless-kind creatures there, a people who envies the humans for their world, mighty, mysterious, cunning people, the original folk of the mirror world.
4. I definitely want a shapeshifter there - a walking mirror if you want so, that changes form at beginning of battle and can change again in battle.
5. Screamer are SO cool and equally fitting with mirror world and with hollow so not sure where to put them now...

EDIT 3:

thougths about magic: every archdemon has its own specific magic?! +orders prayers + watchmen human magic. Magics overlap, so mirror worlders can use some watchmen magic, black order soem of the plaguebrigners, etc....

OR (magic system):
There are basically three kinds of magic: White/Divine, Grey/Neutral & Black/Demonic

Jirika, you don't mind if I have a go at the Hollow faction.

The hollow, the smiling void, the thing that demons fear. created long ago by the arch-demon known only as the Kindly one, the Hollow marches for the complete eradication of reality. the last thing anyone sees before they are snuffed out of existance is a long, crooked smile, and then they're gone.

lvl1: smilers -> laughers/ smirkers
normal humans who have been cursed with the Kindly ones touch. unable to dream, unable to use magic, but completely fearless. they constantly smile, some merrily, some kindly, some confidently, but all with hints of malice, as they walk to war, and inevitable victory.
lvl2:  the unmagic-men-> the unseen jaws -> the ether eaters
the unmagic-men are those specially blessed by the kindly one. their void of dream and magic is so strong that, in large numbers, it begins to eat away at others. should the unmagic-men ever gather in sufficent number, their piranha like abilties will start to rip into the fabric of reality itself.
lvl3: Scissormen -> the heartless surgeons/ snipping heralds
the scissormen are shock troops of the Kindly ones forces. smiling individuals with scissorblades for hands, they cut people out of reality, and send them directly to their master.
lvl4: infestors -> the cruel joke/ the cackling lie
the infestors are a strange beings, for they have been among humans for many generations. they have long been a part of human society for eons, a cruel trick played by the kindly one. many of them will be part of the opposing force, and not know it. only when a special call to arms will their old loyalties kick in, and they begin to fight under the smiling banner.
lvl5: devourers -> the grinning lords/ the kindly priests
the Kindly ones personal honour gaurd, the devourers feed on emotions, thought and magic. they infest the local population, manifesting in the form of a perfectly normal, if rather respectable, person, except for one factor, that their eyes are replaced with mouths. sheilding these marks from the rest of the world, the devourers target the thinkers and the dreamers, praying on their thoughts until they are nothing more than drooling husks.
lvl6: the kindly mother -> the nightmare mother/ the loving parent
the creature closest to the kindly one, the mothers appear to be plump, downy mothers, surrounded by children. the moment they are seen, the enemy are overcome with love, and run to the Mother like they would their own. however, soon the mother has them in their power, and they become her children, willing to die for her or to simply be torn apart by her childrens wicked teeth.

I never mind such! Infact, I'm glad people are willing to contribute.
It's just that I can't at all guarantee I will use these contributions.

The hollow were meant as a mainly ethereal faction...maybe your approach would better fit to the crazy!? It seems to fit into tehir theme very well!

Two line-up suggestions

Here's two line-up suggestions I've got, one for the Necromancers and the other for the Fallen/Nephilim.

Necromancers: Are all about numbers and war of attrition. Individually they are weak, but they grow stronger on the enemy's dead.

1. Walking Corpse – Ghoul / Reanimated- Your standard corpse reanimated through dark magic and science (has tubes sticking out of random places). The Ghoul is faster and can feed on corpses to regenerate its numbers, while the Reanimated is much tougher but also slower due to armored plates grafted to its skin. I didn't use Zombies since I'm saving them for a Voodoo faction.
2. Skeleton– Skeletal Rifleman / Skeletal Legionnaire- The standard skeleton is simply a faster and more powerful Walking Corpse. The Rifleman shoots, while the Legionnaire carries a large shield.
3.  Flesh Golem – Colossus / Harpy- A ghastly and powerful creature made from several corpses. Vulnerable to fire but becomes stronger from electricity. The Colossus is simply bigger and stronger, while the Harpy is leaner, faster and has leathery wings which enabnle it flight.
4. Reanimator – Necrolyte / Lich- Students of the Dark Arts. Can cast some spells and reanimate Walking Corpses and Skeletons. The Necrolytes can fix Flesh Golems and reanimate Immortals and have more powerful spells, while Liches have a death cloud attack.
5. Immortal – Undying / Eternal- The perfect creation of Necromancy and dark science, tall and beautiful creatures with masked faces and bone blades jutting out of their arms, unrecognizable as the humans they once were. Powerful and fast, similar to the Black Knights of H3. Undying have a Death Blow attack while Eternals are less vulnerable to attack from living creatures.
6. Deathbringer – Bone Drinker / Reaper- Necromancy's ultimate creation, a monster made from flesh, bone and metal to create the image of a nightmare, similar to the Dragon of legends. Similar abilities to the Bone/Ghost Dragons.

Fallen
1. Cultist- Obsessed / Possessed
2. Nephilim – Nephilim Captain / Nephilim Templar
3. Heretic – Bishop of Light / Fallen Paladin
4. Daeva – Incubus / Succubus
5. Pit Fiend – Hellspawn / Pit Lord
6. Fallen One – Morningstar / Hellstar

I'll add the details on the Fallen later.

nice idea
yet there are other aspects of crazyness I think worth to consider...yet, still a great, mean name.

Here a possibel lineup for Hollow:

Tier 1: Will'o'wisp/
Tier 2: GhostWight/Poltergeist
Tier 3: Lost SoulTortured Soul/Burning Soul
Tier 4: Ghost RiderMistrider/Soulless Rider
Tier 5: ?/
Tier 6: ReaperGrim Reaper/Soul Gatherer

ALL units of "the hollow", except of lost soul and Reaper (+upgrades) are "incorporal". On the other hand, they are quite weak, especially in damage. Reaper, however, ainÄt incorporal, but is amongst the storngest tier6 of all!!!

Hi moonshade
thanks for contributing to this!

Hollow allready got a lineup (almost finished) in the post above you. Medium, however seems quite a ncie idea for them!!!
Watchmen are interesting, will take them into consideration. May very well swap gargoyle & clay golem, Titan is impossible since I mentioned in the description of blood legion that the very last titan is Kronos the Archdemon. Not sure 'bout Phoenix...I didn't paln to pull this concept too deep into classical fantasy...

Vampires...not quite. Bat will definitely be a unit, your tier 6 COULD be fine, but I ain't sure. Wolfs will probably not be in.
Could you explain your tier 5, please? I'd like to hear more about it, it seems to fit SO great in this setting, at least from the name!!!

...btw, are you german? you've used at least 2 defintiely german names for units, Geist (that's just german for ghost, so I think taht name woudl be more adequate) and Kobold, which is a german term taht could be translated ba different phrases, depending what's meant: Leprechaun, Imp, Gremlin... yet it sounds cool enough to maybe take it.

@moonshade: I am ashamed!!! I didn't recognize your post befor emy last, whene i started it, there was only bixies...
so now I also response to your first post

Necropolis:
Not quite completely agreeing.
Was thinkign of ghoul for vampires, though that's exchangeable.
no way harpy becomes a golem upgrade! If it's implemented, it's neutral or a wild ones creature (maybe part of faction, but not of city).
Name Colossus I'd like more for the Underland faction Machine upgrade - for a metallic machine, anyway.
Though not sure for the names, your tier 4 soudn interesting for abilities.
Also I WANT headless riders, and maybe for undead (though they could also go with hollow)
For Tier 6, I too much like the idea of reanimated dinosaurs. Though those are, to mind that, also constructions (and that even in reality, funnily. during the times, reconstruction of the same sekeltons has been done MUCH differently), so there could also be strange, terrifying creatures.

Nephilim similar
...we can argue thousand of hours, probably, which satanic follow should be on which tier and get which name. Heretic on tier2 or 4`obsessed on 2 or 3? etc.
but more important critics at your version of teh fallen:
-Nephilim shall not be on Tier 2. Mind: They are partly Angels, and, in mythology, described similar as half-gods have been in ancient cultures, like half-giants with immense power. No nephilim below level3, most likely not before levl 4.
Succubus could greatly be. There WILL definitely be succubi somewhere...but not sure WHERE exactly. I'd favour them with the Black ORder, having seduced those stupid mages there and I mean: what would the first kind of demon a fallen mage would summon be: If he is male, probably a demon that can fullfill his desires and him please him^^

Response to response

OK. Here's my (quite lengthy) response to your reponses.

The Hollow: I wanted to present my own line-up as an alternative to yours, so perhaps you could combine them into the "ultimate" line-up for the Ghost faction. The hero could be either a Ghost or medium of some sort. Here's some explanations about the creatures:

1. Remnant- Shade / Fragment- the barely human, barely sentient remains of souls devoured by more powerful Ghosts. Appear as murky black forms with clawed hands, with shiny red (Remnant)/blue (Shade)/purple (Fragment) eyes.
2. Geist- Poltergeist/Ghost Knight- A more powerful form of Ghost with telekinetic powers, appearing as young girls with hair covering their faces with blood-spattered dresses and covred in barbed chains. Poltergeists can animate the chains and have a ranged attack (and the hair retreats to reveal a rotting, skeletal face) while Ghost Knights are Geists possessing suits of armor, losing their incorporeality but becoming powerful melee fighters.
3. Medium- Spiritualist / Occultist- Humans born with the power to communicate with dead spirits and thus hopelessly mad.
A spellcasting unit.  Very pale, with white hair and black (Spiritualist)/white (Occultist) eyes.
4. Wailer - Screamer / Banshee- Another tormented woman, this one with a non-proportional mouth. Kinda weak, but has an area attack.
5. Wraith Rider- Mist Rider / Dread Rider- This one is the headless horseman, except it is made of ether, shadow and mist.
6. Vanished- Forgotten/Lost- A mass of lost and tormented souls, the result of mass slaughter, all screaming and mad with pain. Has powerful psychic abilities.

More to come tommorow.

6. Shadow Wyrm - Drake/Black Wyrm

For your response: ah, ok
I'll definitely consider your lineups!

For black order:

Tier 1 needs explanation
I like the beholder in this lineup
Not sure bout having three types of golems in the factions
Sorceror could be ok. Depends on what hides behind the name
FAceless I imagined in the mirror world
Shade Wyrm could also be GREAT, depending on what it is.

Hero: Warlock/Witch

Other line-ups

The Watchmen: I think Gargoyles fit better at 2nd tier and Golems at 3rd like it had always been, but up to you.
The Garuda/Thunderbird/Phoenix are Elemental spirits summoned by the mages, and thus fitting with the Watchmen's modern concept in my opinion. If you don't like another option is Genie- Djinn / Efreet.
The Titan can always be renamed, but it will be the same creature-
a mechanical man animated by lightning. In the modern concept he can look like a moving power-line, always cackling with electricity. Hero will obviously be the Wizard.

Vampires: The Blood Engine is like a sadistic machine which is like a mass of tubes, tanks, blades and needles. It drains blood from enemies to heal and empower the rest of the Vampiric troops (but not itself, since it's a Construct and not a Vampiric creature).
The hero of Vampires is Count/Countess.

Geist is from D&D, where it's a weak Ghost. Kobold is classical mythology, a type of spririt associated with metal and technology. The hero of Hollow is the Ghost.

Necropolis:

OK, if you want Ghoul for Vampires can be renamed Hungry Dead. Also, Reanimated is renamed Corpse Warrior.
Skeleton Legionnaire is renamed Wight.
Flesh Golems upgrades are renamed Reborn and Winged Horror, respectively. An alternative for the Golems- Mummy - Defiled Guardian / Locust Priest.
Tier 6- well, you could always use the skull of a T-Rex for this twisted creation

Nephilim similar
An alternative for the 1st tier is Familiar- Hell Vermin/Imp, and then you can swap the Heretic and Nephilim.
I put Nephilim on 2nd tier simply because I didn't want to put the human follower units too close together, especially since the Heretic is a support unit. They are meant to be the strongest and most expensive 2nd level unit, on par with an average/powerful 3rd level unit. Also upgrades are renamed Avenger / Templar.
An alternative- replace the Pit Fiend with the Pureblood -
Punisher / Shining One, a more powerful Nephilim with higher amount of Angelic blood (and put the Pit Fiend in the Blood Legion).
Succubi I think fit the best here, since the faction represents the beautiful and tempting nature of the Fallen, while the Black Order is all about dark magic and forbidden knowledge. Hero can be Cult Leader or Baron.

The Black Order: The Black Order in my vision are corrupt mages originally from the Watchmen, who out of various motives (mostly greed and lust for power, but some genuinely believe they have to study evil magic to fight the Archdemons) have come to be manipulated by the Archdemon of knowledge. They dwell in an ancient network of catacombs, chambers and caverns whose unknown original makers have long died, which have long been used as a refuge for outcasts, madmen and mages wishing to practice their wicked magic in discretion. Here's some explanation about the creatures.

The Unseeing are poor former humans, a race of slaves tortured and broken from birth to follow their masters' every whim. Their eyes are sewn shut (though Soulless simply have empty eye sockets), and they have to rely on dark magic to see the world around them. Their pale bodies are branded with rune-like magical tattoos which give them various powers, and they wield cruel axes in battle. Unseeing are invulnerable to blindness and pain (and the Soulless are invulnerable to mind spells and negative morale) and the Marked are more influenced by magic (for better and worse), but they all have a chance to go Berserk in battle.

Beholders are ancient and forgotten creatures, perhaps the result of some mad mage's expiriments. They are ranged units who shoot rays from their eyes and have a chance to inflict various afflictions. The Evil Eye is like a more powerful Beholder, while the Elder Eye loses its ranged attack but has a chance to Blind enemies.

Ogre- Maneaster/Black Guard are the Black Order's new 3rd tier unit. These wicked, cannibalistic giants (with horns and huge teeth) have long lived underground and were recruited to the Warlocks' army by the promise of man-flesh. They are a powerful melee unit, with the wild Maneater (nearly naked and covered in blood) being more offensive while the Black Guard (heavily armored in spiked black plates) being more defensive. They carry a massive club, with barbed chains wrapped around it, and Black Guards carry a shield (while Maneaters also carry a cleaver).

Sorcerers are corrupted human mages, and naturally are a spellcasting unit. Binders are more about summoning and support, while Cabalists are more about offensive magic.

The Faceless are the Demonic servants of the Archdemon of Knowledge. They are tall robed beings, with their face being nothing more than a mass of tentacles. They possess powerful abilities of fear and domination, but are relatively weak.

The Shadow Wyrms are another creature time forgot, the vile descendants of the once-proud Dragons corrupted due to their greed.
They appear like ash-grey, long and extremely hideous wingless snakes with four stunted legs, and have a deadly poisonous bite (and also some resistance to magic). The Drake flies and breaths fire, while the Black Wyrm is immune to magic.

I like your black order vision. Not completely (would be the first time, wouldn't it? ) but very much.

Unseeing seems really interesting.
Beholders fit good.
Ogres are great.
Sorcerors, yes, quite acceptable
The Shadow Wyrm vision of yours is also great!
Mine was quite different, I had in mind a Wyrm designed and summoned of shadows. Drake would have been more substential, and Blackwyrm even less, made of Darkness.
Faceless I still had SO in mind for mirror world.
...what do you think of another monster in the black order ranks: Medusa...

Blood Legion is in wide parts good and I'll consider it.

My faction list

Overall, here's my vision of the factions:

Humans/"good":

- The Order (evil hunters and priests backed by actual Saints and Angels)
- The Watchmen (wizards and their magical creations)
- The Battalion (ordinary human soldiers and war machines- their ultimate creature is the Gattling Gun)

Neutral:

Voodoo People (primitive folk worshipping spirits of Voodoo, fight the Archdemons but also practice cannibalism and their own dark magic)
The Fey (a fragile alliance between the Seelie- light and Unseelie- darkness- Courts, united against the Archdemons but otherwise view the humans as playthings)

Undead/evil:

The Necromancers (undead made of flesh and bone, following the Archdemon of Undeath)
The Vampires (follow the Archdemon of Hunger)
The Hollow (various Ghosts, manipulated by the Archdemon of Loss)

Cults/evil:

Nephilim (the beautiful and terrible descendants of Fallen Angels and humans, and their Demonic masters, following the Archdemon of Light)
Blood Legion (more barbaric and bloodthirsty demons, follow the Archdemon of Slaughter)
Plaguebringers (diseased men, animals and hideous demons, follow the Archdemon of Disease)
Black Order (corrupted mages, manipulated by the Archdemon of Secrets)
Wild Ones (lycanthropes, beastmen and bestial demons, follow the Archdemon of the Moon)
Crazies (madmen and hideous creatures following the Archdemon of Madness)
Dreamstalkers (twisted dream creatures following the Archdemon of Nightmares)
Mirror Worlders (strange creatures following the Archdemon of Mirrors)

Now, the Mirror-worlders I don't really understand the concept of the faction. And who are the Gear-grinders? Are they Demons? Plus, we still got 2 Archdemons left...
