Wow, that's like almost 12 weeks, I doubt there's any game I have played that much except for (maybe, just maybe) Heroes 3. Must be a good game then.

Another nice game is Cubemen. It's one of those games you may play when you're bored and just want to play some small action game instead of diving into a new world. The best way to get the most out of it is to play with 5 friends on 2 teams . The Single-Player maps are also quite challenging, and can take you away for hours. Overall it's the best tower-defense game I've ever played.

Realm of the Mad God is fun for a few minutes here and there but I tend to get frustrated with the constant death.  I know that's the point but it gets old after awhile.

I have not heard of Cube.  I'll have to check it out.

The point is not to die, but to avoid it as long as possible .
Teamwork is the fatal key in the game.

It can be extremely annoying, but when you get into a clan or play with friends, it can and will be way easier to kill the bosses. I was playing Archer once, IIRC, with a Sorcerer & a Bandit by my side (not sure about the names anymore), casually grinding exp, when Oryx started. We were the last people alive against him, but slowly won him.

When the battle starts and there are dozens of players there, do NOT attack him unless you can heal yourself (be a Paladin, Priest, or just quickly drink potions), but rather wait for the weaker people to die or escape. It'll be so much easier to kill him when there are only like 3-6 people left (less lag & clearer view).

I stopped playing it when I died with my lvl 20 Paladin (my favourite class) with some tier 8-9 equipment and couple maxed stats.

After 151 hours, I finally beat Dungeons of Dredmor.  I was crazy powerful and Dredmor didn't really attack me.  I think since the implementation of line of sight for the monsters, he didn't see me.  It's strange, because he certainly should have felt the dozens of saw blades I threw at him.

Anyways, I had a crazy weapon.  Every time I struck, eldritch tentacles would sprout up and rip things apart.  Due to my gear, I also blinded nearby enemies, had an explosive spear, and randomly teleported.

For now, I think I'm done with Dungeons of Dredmor.

Pinball Arcade on Android.

They have made exaxt replicas of the greatest pinball tables on earth.

It's insanely fun. Best Android game ever... might turn out to be the first one I spend money on.

Seriously try it out, it's effing gorgeous.

The reason why I didn't even start to play MM6 was the portraits.
I don't judge any games by the graphics, but the portraits in MM6 are just plain ugly.

You missed out on a great game, Gnoll.  Well, except for the end which was a letdown due to one particular skill.

The only MM games I truly liked and spent time on were 1, 2, 7 & 8.
I do own them all, got them recently from GoG.com, along with some other awesome games. Now that I'm at it, I might mention Baldur's Gate 2, that I've also played a little lately. It is on my top 10 games of all time -list

I think the M&M VI portraits are actually edited photos, not drawn pictures.

Get used to blocking the opponent strikes (default key - "E") and counter-attacking right after that, don't get in the centre of the melee and use heavy strikes (right mouse button) to bring down the larger/armoured opponents faster. Rolling around will also spare you some damage. Try to lure individual opponents out of the group when fighting more than 1. In general the combat could be problematic until the end of Act I, after that Geralt gets access to some really nasty skills and can handle multiple opponents without breaking a sweat even if you aren't careful at all.

Roll around. Really, there's nothing else to it - roll, 1-2 quick hits, roll, 1-2 quick hits.

Also, if you powergame, you will kill enemies in one hit no matter if they block or not.

I like making sign/sword builds with focus on Aard, just cuz the killmoves you get from stun are so damn satisfying.

I love the one where Geralt Aards the victim into the air and then finishes him off before he lands.

Not really, some games aren't worth the fuss of powergaming through them. W2 definitely belongs to that category

Sword/Sign is actually the weakest (powergaming-wise) build, by the way There are ways to reach nearly 1000 damage per swing or so, but it's not worth it as there's virtually no place to use this except for the lulz (aka killing bosses in 3 seconds )

Personally, I enjoyed the game most when I set it to easiest difficulty to focus on story and ignore the (lame) combat altogether and just click through it without looking.
