I finished Prime World : Defenders. It is a good tower defense game but there is not a lot of replayability there. By the end of the month they are supposed to put out a content patch that adds some more stuff, including a new game mode, which I'd guess will be some sort of endless wave mode.

MtG: Duels of Planeswalkers 2014
I think it's the best one yet, after the lesser 2013 which introduced the annoying, very slow and ultra-random Planechase mode. Now, for the first time, we get a "teaser" of Magic's deckbuilding in the form of "Sealed Play"  And also: Slivers!
Additionaly, a nice new little touch: some special foiled cards have animated pictures which make them truly unique.

While Planechase against 3 AIs is pretty frustrating ("WHY ARE YOU ATTACKING ME, HE'LL OBLITERATE YOU IN TWO TURNS"), I really like playing it with a friend. The randomness relieves the competitive tension somewhat, which is nice.

Took me a good while, but I finally started playing Anno 2070 for realzies.
It's very impressive. I love the senate and council votes that the whole community gets to participate in... amazing way to get immersed in the world.

Cozy cozy game.
My still smallish city, in the distance is my Ark and my food production island.
My main food production island, located just across from my city island.
...
Plan is to rush to 1200 Executive citizens, start a Monument foundation and then raze the whole city and redesign it around the monument. I want things to look cozy as hell, with parks and ****.
Will also dedicate one island to complete energy production and then use Energy Transmitters to beam that **** to my main island.
Will go full Eco route this time. Tycoons are cool but considering that the whole world has gone to **** because of over-production and pollution continuing that trend just feels... erh questionable.
Anno developer always have an agenda ^^ Last time it was against religion and this time it's environmental issues
EDIT:
Game is on full speed in the background while I post on HC, building a monument. Damn it takes time.
It's gonna turn out really beautiful though.

Accidentaly fell over Dungeonmans
Seems nice so far, only played for like 30 min
P.S. As much as I understand some peoples taste for permadeath games, I would like to see a "upon death can't play further for 1 hour" kinda thing, alongside the permadeath option.

I tried a little Stardrive, the UI is pretty horrible at first. Will have to set aside more time to actually learn how to control the damn game without wasting 90% of the time jumping between locations...

Saints Row 3 - The game recently crashed and completely ruined the game somehow, causing extraordinary lag, so I've had to reinstall it. On the plus side, it only cost me $7.50 on STEAM.

Something happened to my Skyrim installation so I reinstalled it and am redownloading mods.
In the meantime I'm playing The Incredible Advnetures of Van Helsing, which I picked up during the summer sale. It is pretty good so far. I've read some folks have had trouble with multiplayer but I've only played single player. I've finished all the quests in the first town and now another area has opened to me.
It is a Diablo-esqe game, but only with the one character. There is a melee tree and a ranged tree for main skills. There are also "tricks" and auras, and perks. I'm trying to build a magic focused Van Helsing. I have to use my pistols a lot but my "fire sphere" (fire ball) spell is fairly effective.
Each skill/spell/trick/aura can be leveled up with skill points you earn when your character levels by earning enough experience. Van Helsing also has a ghostly companion who levels up with him. She has her own skill tree and attributes that you can level up. She can also be equipped though she does not have as many equipment slots as the player character does.

I picked up Don't Starve at the Steam sale. It's pretty cool, although I find myself usually taking a break after twenty minutes or so.
