Playing Risk of Rain. Played a little with Sniper after hearing how terribly weird and clunky the class is, but it seemed quite fun.

But, oh well, I can't have everything in life, can I? At least that stronghold rehabilitation is coming along nicely.

well, they can be tricky to get going properly and even the big modpacks have some serious issues with conflicting mods.
If anyone's interested I could dig up my configuration with more mobs/dungeons, some tech stuff and thaumcraft when I get home. Haven't played it in months.
just copypasta the whole thing into a different folder and run from there. Not interfering with the vanilla version in any way.

Been playing Warlords IV - Heroes of Etheria ( v. 1.04 ). Just finished it today with my lvl 14 ( Chaos - Rune ) It's been a blast from the past indeed

Veco, I'd like to get my hands on the little modpack you have for yourself, considering your offer is still up for grabs.
as for my gaming, ben playing a bit of Torchlight 2 and replaying The Stick of Truth with the JEW class. definetely recommending it for all the anti semitic sons of female dogs out there. bleeping hilarious.

Ok, so I've found about 5 different minecraft folders and except the vanilla one each weight about 1GB+ so I won't be uploading those.
so instead you should go here
and once you start the launcher, pick a modpack to download and in the edit modpack tab make sure these are disabled ( last time I ran Monster )
screen
ReiMinimap can stay enabled, iirc i replaced that with ZansMiniMap but that's just detail.
After that you always start up minecraft via this launcher as it sits in a separate folder than vanilla. I don't think I tinkered with any of the mods so it should be okay to run just like that.

Alriiiiiight. Anno 2070, utopia city complete.
I started building this in autumn 2013, and it's finally complete. It's effing glorious and ya better reconize.
Especially you Minecraft building noobs, strap the **** in and prepare to get your minds wrecked at a real game.
All 3 civilizations, all 3 monuments, all classes of citizens, SCHÖNEBAUEN STYLE. I built each civilizations to maximum level and then demolished everything except their monuments, and rebuilt everything around them in a decorative style before I went bankrupt.
It's art and I deserve to screenshot spam you.

Tycoons have the largest population on my island, Neocross. Classically Anno-blocky with some ornamental designs mixed in. It's literally too cramped for me to get any good pics of the Monument haha
Ecos are blended in with the forest around them. The Tycoon and Tech monuments can also be seen in the distance.
Some luxury waterside Eco homes. ZEN.
For the Tech population, symmetry is the name of the game

Alright, to be entirely honest I don't like those symetrical utopia-style layouts. What I do love however is those places where terrain forced you to do something more creative (mostly the shore screens, the zen statue with the tiny wooden hut in the background is great  )
Also.. are dams a thing you can build? Is it a fixed-to-specific-terrain building or do you have some customisation allowed?
All in all - not bad
But my ore processors in minecraft are prettier 
Speaking of which....

@Veco: Some of the rivers on the islands start in waterfalls that you can build a dam on, it's locked to those places. Takes a while to build, need to develop modules and then schematics. Lotsa green energy though, and it looks neat.
Also **** I forgot to include the Guardian Eco system into the design... it's a beautiful glowing swirly thing that generates Ozon.
Yeah I'm also not a fan of too hard symmmetry, tried to avoid it but you know... Anno. I still had a lot of freedom since my Ark (persistent vehicle-base you get to keep between maps, it's great) has upgrades that completely eliminate crime/fires/disease... so it could be a lot worse hahah.

Found a slightly older save but it has most of the stuff in place, sooo starting off:
The Thaumcraft smelting and infusing station. This is where you break down stuff into the 50 or so elements then infuse your magically crafted inventions. 100% efficient and enviromentally safe.
Before setting up this contraption I was tossing items into a cauldron and using about 25% of the produced esseneces. The rest 75% leftover boiled over until it became unremovable waste so ofc I just drained it deeper down into the ground. If enough of this stuff pooled inside there it would contaminate and transform my biome into something very unpleasant, so yay magical technology!
This is where I keep all of the leftover essences in jars for future use.
and this monstrosity ensures that eventaully my biome will get contaminated because failure rate on this enchantment altar is pretty darn high. It also explodes in your face every once in a while.
Here we have some Tekkit goodness, this is the main crafting room, materials are automatically mined via quarries, filtered and smelted in the or eprocessor and delivered into their respectable chests. There are also a few monitors showing remaining power in the batteries in case I need to pump more lava from the nether to power up the system.
The backside and part of the ore processor which grinds up the dug up dirt and cobbelstone into something marginally more useful.
Heart of the ore processor, set up to deal with anything the quarry can throw at it.
and this goddamned mess is the filtering system directly below the crafting room. The wooden elemets are the ones you see in the room above. It works but damned if I know how 
and above the crafting room is the power supply (or at least art of it). This too is a mess because different machines need different voltages (or else they either don't work or explode) and it has issues distributing power to rooms correctly. If you turn on something very power hungry suddenly every other part of the complex goes dark Unfortunately it isn't quite finished since this is an earlier save but it looks about right, those are the lava generators in the back.
and for all of it's beauty and complexity, you are constantly starved for materials. Never a problem in vanilla - here it's a nightmare.
At one point I had three 64x64 area quarries digging 100+ blocks into the ground (that's 400-500k single blocks each) and I was still lacking iron among other stuff ^^

I've been playing Talisman Digital Edition with a few friends lately. It's playing a board game which allows you can verbally unleash all the anger and hate after a bad roll
And also it's not very absorbing so I can do my work while playing it. Win-win!
