Actually, that's not true.
You see, women generally have a lower amount of a special protein in the body, the more you have of this protein, the less pain you feel and you need a lot more damage in order for starting to feel pain. Men usually have a little less than twice as much as the woman of this protein, making women more vulnerable to pain.
During the course of pregnancy, from the moment the woman is fertilized, the amount of this protein rises dramatically, increasing to up to ten times more than it's normal level, this makes the child birth procedure much less painful.
So basically, if men would get pregnant and give birth to babys, we would also have an increased amount of that protein, while still having more basis amount of this than women, making us having a higher total amount upon child birth.
This means, in a shorter way that men could probably handle child birth better than women.

Carcity's right. During pregnancy, women are high as a kite on hormones (this also explains that special glow they have). If men were to have to have children (and magically grown a uterus and... Other... Special facilities), their hormone levels would rise dramatically too, while their chest would start to lactate and they would stop having periods for nine months.

It's unmanly to think about your own manliness, but that's okay, I think about your manliness all the time Elvin, so I'll do it for you.
-25 point for sending erotic pictures, but never coming down the well. A man sucks it up and doesn't care about looks, the only standard a man has is at a manliness too high level for me to grasp.
+50 point for admitting to be female. It takes a true man to admit to be female.
-2 points for being overrated, a true man can't be overrated.
-9 points for random -qp's you forget to remove, maybe I should show you where?
+16 points for awesome entries in the member thread, you really make it shine, like a true man would do when entering any room, making all the females go into that state of which I'm not manly enough to describe.
-1 point for not caring so much anymore, what happened man?
