No, I lost it but I still have the *nif model,*kf animations and textures, you will need 3Ds max to make it.

There were all needed units, and even more - I found one more roman cavalry and egyptian pikeman.

PS Now it's problem finding degrade/upgrade for Egyptian pikeman

It doesn't work that way Dr.Zomboss. They are just DEFs (graphics). They are for people who like to write scripts for them, put them in custom towns etc etc. They are not stand alone functional files.

He can use them with DefKA, Era tools folder. Open it and follow instructions, it will ask you which creature to replace, both adventure map and battle sprites. But he will probably will find defka "too stupid" to make it working as well.

Changing the defs of creatures with different ones without writing scripts for new qualities and attributes is quite meaningless though, isn't it? It's not like these are improved graphics for existing units, they are totally new creature DEFS.

Depends, I changed creatures in tew3 without scripting them differently, just because they fit better the faction played (legionaries, hoplites). In 300 spartans I use elephants which replace visually behemots, no additional script.

It all depends of what you want.

Well sure, but 3 years ago when Darkloke presented the first ripped creatures from world of warcraft then he refused to share the procedure used, we were like "Hail the King", I was ready to replace anything just to see something new in battles.

Then when we broke the mystery and got our hands on 3DS max as well, all became common. Darkloke was mortified when I released first 3D units.

You can also rename these .def files to replace some other existing creatures (If you want a remake the animation of the creature).

Me for example have replaced the "Roman Praetorian" with "Halberdier".
