If Ubisoft is really working on H6...
In what stage of development are they most likely to be in?
Supposing that development started since we were shown the Clash of Heroes dev blogs in which we saw the shirt. They must be one year into development, so all the concept work could be done. The next step would be to start working on the engine, and if they are using an existing engine, they are currently making models.
What are your thoughts?

That sounds about right, given your assumptions. However if they have been working on it since TotE, they should be a lot further.
However, perhaps they are thoroughly reworking the lore and they have not started actual programming anything. But then again, pigs might fly.
There is little telling realy, without a decent source. Which used to be Dex, but he hasn't been around lately. But then again, Dex is under an non-disclosure agreement of sorts and cannot let out to much.
