Sweet 
In my academy game I didn't have much spellpower to make use of my puppet or a good phoenix so I relied on amassing curses and boosted my call lightning through the gargoyles. With 3 consecutive -3 luck from the viziers, -3 from a couple cyclops retaliations and the occasional sorrow his orcs were reduced to a slow death.
Second game I did the cyclops - chief combo but Vangelis was smart enough to avoid me getting to his crossbows  Eventually the cyclopes reduced both shooters' luck, centaurs outmaneuvered the griffins and rest of the units ganged up on the champions  After I managed to block the shooters it was officially over. Some notes, I had enlightenment and the wrong shatter.
Third game my enlightened haven faced off against his destructive sylvan. But with such poor knowledge his druids couldn't help much. Did a few silly mistakes of my own but it was like he was trying to gnaw at me with a toothless mouth.
No it wasn't as effective.
A big thanks to Vangelis for organizing this tournament and breathing some life back into the temple  I owe you a shiny, good job.
