I do different kinds of breads.
Rye bread is too much work to bake for only one person so I mainly do a mixed flour bread with some rye in it to give it a rougher taste.
If you spray water onto the crust it becomes crispy and crunchy while flour on top will fry and bake and give it that sweet bakery taste.

Maybe that's a bit too advanced for me? I'm not sure, it sounds simple enough, but it always does.

@ ohfor: i tried to do the recipe from memory. from 7 years or so ago. when i didn't measure anything. it sounds about right, though.
as soon as i remember how i made that drink i made, i'll post that too.
