One faction that I would bet anything that will be in this game...
Empire faction. That is, an Asian-style faction with Samurai and the like. The reason I say this, is because anyone familiar with Heroes of Might and Magic Online, one of the factions they're planning to add is the Empire faction.
I don't want to get my hopes up, but... I'm looking forward to playing it.

I always wanted an insectoid faction, being humanoid insect warriors etc... But, i woudnt bet on it.

honestly, hearing there are not many factions now, I don't expect any good surprises of H6 anymore on that account. I'm not reading myself too deep through the infos though, so I might have misunderstood someone or -thing...

I can bet inferno will be one of the factions - they are an important part of the storyline and they were in the announcement trailer.
