shooting in defending siege
I can see a big yellow cross marked on the wall, so defending units shooting across the wall get penalised too? It can't be intended... either I'm wrong, or it's a bug.

I don't think this is a bug.
But this cannot be intended. Zero benefit from defending a siege?
Stronghold will be super overpowered in siege for having 4 shooter-type creatures (and 3 of them have no melee penalty...) !

what do you mean by that?
wall still cover your troops and your shooters can do full damage..., the yellow cross is just for orientation i guess (may be helpful to marksman )

Agreed, your shooters are not penalised defending a siege.....

Technical issues
Okay !!
I got some technical issues that ruin my game experience.
On my Laptop:
I open the launcher and press play: The HoMM6 launcher freezes - this can happen unlimited times before it is actully possible to launch the game and play.
Though when I launched it can be played for eternal time!
Why does it freeze when I launch it!
On my PC:
I launch the game no problems, I start playing the game - BOOM! 15min into the game - My Computer reboots itself.
Why!?!

Question: Will Ubisoft be providing a guide for the Map Editor?
The homm5 map editor guide wasn't very good, but it at least could get most people started.

Left of the creatures Icon there should be an arrow or a different buton that alowes you to switch to nonupgraded units

*SPOILER WARNING*
I have a problem with "Reap what you sow" achievement. I wanted to use epilogue map with Michael as boss to kill in retaliation all of his guards using huge stack of creatures. So I have decided to use Sandor with 300+ Enraged Cyclopes and Sword of Griffin for unlimited retaliations. I have Counterstrike III and full tear reputation.
What happens is: I use Sword of Griffin ability on my Cyclopes at the start of combat and push them forward. Michael attacks them and they hit him first because of Counterstrike. And then... all of guards attack my Cyclopes and they are NOT hitting back, not first, not even in retaliation. They are just standing there taking hits.
I've checked guards abilities and none of them prevents my Cyclopes from retaliating, so my question is what am I missing? Is this behavior a bug or I'm doing something wrong?

I need to ask a thing about game mechanics. Normally, all the abilities have 3 valuues seperated with a "/" which represents the power of it according to hero's Reputation level. But what I don't get is, Reputation Abilities also have it.
For example Pyromancer's "Armageddon" explains that "Incandescent meteors fire down upon the combat map, damaging all non-demon creatures for
428/492/566(+stats, +level) damage (Fire), and walls and obstacles for 1 structural damage."
Now how come abilities that can only be had with Level 2 of that Reputation have 3 values? Those 3 values stand for "Neutral/Blood 1/Blood 2", but a Neutral and Blood 1 hero cannot get this ability. So what am I missing here?

Who knows, H5 was made the same way. Maybe it's a general mechanic of the spells or there is another way to give those spells to a hero.
