After install Hero of Light mod v3.1,the images of creatures in Heroes 3 horn of the abyss are changed,too.But their name doesn't change.How can I change it back to orignal H3 hota,please?

Do I need to Wogify Tutorial or campaign maps? I get 2 completely different town creature layout if I do it.

Hello.  I reinstalled the mod and made sure to follow the instructions but still experienced the bugs with the Dragon Lair and additional creatures not stacking.

Also I noticed that for the Kobold dwelling, growth automatically increase from 28 to 35 when I upgrade it to trogdolyte dwelling even without building the additional creature building.

I had a weird bug with my champions turning into first aid tents. It caused my game to crash on the next turn.

Anyway, thank you for the wonderful mod. Inferno faction still kinda sucks early game but can get stronger by the end game. The variety offers much more balance as a whole.

I'm going to explore some of the other mods as well. So It might just be me with the weird bugs I'm experiencing.

- The top right item slot (the greyed out one) is not available. Is this a bug or intentional?

It is intentional because there is a mod that offers a sixth artifact slot but is buggy at the moment. I merely prepared the slot for when it is ready

As for the slaughterhouse incident I don't know why would this happen. It never happened to me.

I am afraid that any personal ideas about modifying my mod should be explored by you alone. I am not currently in the mood to procure personal versions of my mod (and don't really have the time anyway).

@Thunderbird

My mod doesn't work with HotA (and nor does WOG or ERA for that matter as far as I'm concerned).

@MegaNix

Yes wogification is always required (for any map actually).

@ipisipis

Maybe it is the other mods (and/or additional wog options) that are interfering with mine, I don't know. Champions turning to FA tends? That's really weird. I don't know what else I could suggest, sorry.

Hi can you help me guys?my tales of amadar hero of light mod dont work very good it have the new battlefields and the music menu but it havent got the new creatures and the screen in the menu.Can you help me please?And write how to install it because maybe have done it wrong.Thanks.

I'm using the WOG3.58f and ERA v1.0-1.9 version of the Crimson Tides  HoL and my Rampart top-level troop is still Green Dragons.

Also whenever i attempt to hire Peasants the game goes to a black screen, Militia work fine however.

Any idea why? I DO have the right WOG options.

now when im checking the new building,Tower for example
and the building says it build all the types of golems i see just the first two orginal one's of heroes 3..
Why it is happening?

I switched to version 3.0 and for some reason Imperial Dragons cost 10000 wood and more than 500000 gold!

What happened...

Edit:I just noticed that Red Dragons replace Darkness Dragons and also cost 10000 wood and more than 500000 gold.

Hello guys. I tried HOL v3.1 and 3.2(with Era2) this weekend
But I found out some annoying problems. Like to see if it is my setting problem or not

1) AI become extremely non-aggressive(Difficulty:Impossible)
E.g. My hero with trash troops can just walk pass AI main hero and capture their town. They will just ignore me. In 3.58f it never happened

Don't know this is original Era2 problem or HOL problem.

2) Compare to normal wog with same wog setting.
All units' attribute won't increase when they are level up
In the "exp. stack window", it only show their level, current experience and next lv exp.
But those attributes like hp/strength/defense/speed has gone.
Which mean level of unit become meaningless
Is it normal in HOD?

ps.I have followed the readme wog setting.
Only enable wog/object patch v1.9/HOLv3.2 mob for testing

It is supposed to be this way so that the upgrade doesn't work. It is an old version of my mod and I couldn't find any other solution.

I didn't mess up the AI at all. And creature stack experience has been disabled in my mod.

Hey HoL, 2 things:
1. I just want to thank you for the amazing job you did, this is the perfect mod for me, as I was looking for a way to make Heroes feel fresh again without changing too much. HoL is the perfect mod for that, and it is masterfully done. So many kudos to you, HoL, I really can't thank you enough.

2. I tried editing a small stat of one creature in the mod for my personal use, but seems like every time I open MMArchive, export the zcrtraits in  HoL.pac (or whatever its exact name is), do the small change I want and import it back in, replacing the zcrtraits already in Wog stops working (i.e. I click it from the ERA start menu, it loads up in the processes in task manager and then disappears without ever leaving the desktop screen.)

Now, I'm really new to modding and I have no intention of doing anything more than a very small stats change to a creature, but for some reason even attempting it makes the game malfunction. I even tried replacing both the original h3sprites (which I only opened with MMArchive, haven't even changed it at all) and your HoL.pac with the default ones from a backup copy of Heroes I made with all the mods installed, and it didn't help. Replacing the whole Heroes folder does the trick, though I haven't touched any other files in any other way other than opening these two with MMArchive. Do you have any idea what is or could be causing this, and if it's at all related to your mod? I have looked for an answer in the forum but haven't been able to find anyone who has experienced anything similar.

All help will be greatly appreciated.

If you want to edit the stats of a creature you need to use ERM and edit the neutral town script in my mod folder. It's really basic ERM, it won't be difficult. If you want, post the stats you want to change here and I'll give you the appropriate commands.

For "**Serafin**" all works but not for "**Archangel**".
I'm trying to do third upgrade. example:
dwelling 7 = angel
upgraded dwelling 6 = archangel in dwelling 7
upgraded dwelling 7 = angel + archangel + creature 150

For some reason most of the Haven heroes are named things like "+2 Boots of" or "+1 Sword of", Any idea why?

This is normal, you have to wait for a week or so to see the other golems appearing. Same goes for enchanters as I recall =)
