The official sequel to Supervillains. If you need to know what happened then either refer to Supervillains or ask small individual questions to me or any of the other participators in Supervillains if they give you permission.

Well, depending on if you will let me bring in two of my favorites or not. If not I will come up with something else.
Here is the break down of them.
Code Name : Gemini
Name : Alexia Romania
Height : 5'8"
Weight : Unknown
Hair : Black with stars in it
Eyes : Black with stars in them
Powers : Super Strength, Endurance, and toughness. ((Think something like the Hulk..including getting stronger as she gets angrier..with no known limit to her strength..but unlike the hulk she doesn't grow or anything)) Long Life Span
Weaknesses : Her brother, she is very over protective of him. Also powers decrease (but do not vanish) the calmer she is.
Special : Has a specially designed suit that allows flight, offers some protection, and makes her identical to her brother in height/weight/etc so that while wearing the suit they are absolutely indistinguishable. It is completely white except for a black starburst on the chest, and covers from head to foot. The suit blocks any powers or devices that negate mutant powers. It is just a suit however, and can be damaged/destroyed. Alex can make them, but will not make more then needed for him and his sister.
Skills : Mixed Martial Arts master, tactics and business management.

Powers : Alex is a drainer. He can transfer other mutants within 100' of himself powers to him. Spacial awareness. It is impossible to sneak up on Alex..even if invisible or using teleportation this to covers 100'. He is aware of anything and everything in that area, even if hidden/cloaked or otherwise masked. His draining can also work on humans..draining strength, vitality, etc. However, whoever he drains gets weaker, and he can even kill 'normals' if not careful when draining them. ((Ie the limit he can drain is up to the person running the game)) Long Life Span
Weaknesses : He does have a maximum limit of power that he can drain. Also, no powers are ever permanent. At exactly 24 hours after draining a power, it will vanish completely until drained again. He is blind, but due to his spacial awareness this is not much of a problem. Anything that blocks mutant or super abilities however, can render him back to being blind.
Special : Has a suit identical to Alexia's that he designed.
Skills : Advanced Technical and Mechanical skills, Chemistry, and Scientific knowledge.
Both are actually pretty old, but physically look in their mid 20's. They were at Chernobyl. The incident gave them their powers, and caused them to age much slower then normal. Fleeing from the area after the devastation, they realized that nobody could know they survived. Taking a Faberge Egg, they fled to America. After selling the Egg for more money then they could ever spend, they started up a few businesses. One of which included a research and development company. Which is where the Alex figured out how to make the suits. The original goal was to cure them of what they thought was a curse, but they have stopped pursuing that goal. They have been hiding for a long time, but feel it now safe to come out of hiding. Nobody would ever think they were the same couple of people from so long ago.

Physical Appearance: Pic
Powers: Superhuman Strenght (able to claw through metal and stone, rip people in two, lift heavy things etc.);Limited Flight (Can fly for a few minutes, he mostly glides to conserve energy); Stone Skin (his Skin has stone-like quality, it cracks and crumbles like stone)
Weaknesses; Berserker Rage + short temper (it takes very little to set Edward of into an animalistic berserk. He generally has no idea what he did during one); Amnesia(Edward has great lapses in his memory and very easily forgets things);
Skills: He is a devout Catholic and has a rather large knowlegde of scripture, demonology and excorcism.
Background: Edward appeared in New Constantinople during Zero's second reign. Violently ransacking several corrupt industrial companies. Since then he has opperated as a vigilante in the town, brutally attacking villains and criminals alike. His victims, without execption all criminals and villains, are generally found maimed and traumatised, if they survive. A subcult is starting to emerge in the city, especially among teens, who believe that Edward is sent by God to take Holy Revenge on evildoers. Radicals among that same cult speculate he may be one of the Bringers of the Apocalyps.
Edward has no idea where he comes from or what gave him his demonic appearance(which does not make him very well liked in the city). In fact he barely remembers his own name. The few memories he has are of his highschool girlfriend Amber and of some indistinct laboratory.
(BTW, berny have you ever seen the series Gargoyles? There is a perfect example how you can be good and at the same time be very violent.)

Hey tone it down guys.
Mytical, one main person only. Also, if you have a frickin' suit that somehow negates the negation of your abilities, then you should probably explain how the hell that works.
War-Overlord...really? First of all, this is SuperHEROES, not Supervillains anymore. Secondly, tone the abilities down a bit. You too Mytical, though its not as bad for you.
Basically, take two. Go.

No need to explain if only one main  . Can't use Gemini hehe. The long and short of it is, however, it goes with the 'provides protection' bit. The suit generated a small force field inside the suit, which also explains how with curves and being 1" shorter the sister could be identical to the brother. Kept infrared, scent, and the like from being able to tell them apart also. Now since the force field is not very strong, and on the INSIDE of the suit..the suit could be damaged (it is not iron mans suit, so not quite that tough) or destroyed.
I will figure out one main character that is NOT gemini however. Give me some time.

Name: Vladimir Mikhailovich "Vlad" Alujev
Alias(es): Blackbeard, Razor, Red Devil, The Bear
Looks: His appearance hasn't changed since the events in Supervillains.
Age:85(how much time has passed from the events of Supervillains?), looks however as 45.
Side: Neutral (or the highest bidder)
Powers: stopped physical aging, exceptional strenght, agility and reflexes. Vlad, due to his special organs is immune to any type of biological or chemical weapons. Has high immunity to radiation. Bone structure is about 3-5 times stronger than that of an average man. His ribcage is now a one solid bone to offer better protection to the most vital organs. He has two hearts to ensure better blood streaming through the body. This means that Vlad can't be tired out so easily. Is trained to use any type of weapon.
Weaknesess: though a supersoldier, without a proper protection he can be as vulnerable as any other man. Though a high caliber explosive ammo or any other hi-tech weaponry is a must to take him out.
Personality/traits: Commonly a gentle giant Vlad tends to be precise and quick when it comes to jobs. He's used to give a fatherly advice to his younger comrades, and never leaves his battle brothers in trouble- a trait which he learned from his father, a WWII hero
Background: A supersoldier relic of the Cold War, Vlad has served as a mercenary since the collapse of the Soviet bloc. After bailing out his new comrade, Jack Kane from the hands of the mad doctor Joseph Mengele he returned to Archangelsk and has lived for a time there, since his, Kane's and rogue hero's Inferno's ways have parted. During a trip to St. Petersburgh, he met his old brother in arms, a sniper named Seth. Together they returned to New Constantinople and using their funds started to run a PMC(Private military company) named 'Iron Bears'.

Powers: Similiar to Vlad's, execpt Seth lacks Vlad's strenght and weapon training. He also isn't as agile as Vlad. When sniping, he maintains exceptional focus, and has never missed a single shot.
Class: Sniper
Appearance: pic pic2 Seth in combat gear. Seths face
Weapons: A custom made sniper rifle (the one he's holding in the second pic) and a MP7
Equipment: Experimental stealthsuit(allows to blend in with the surroundings, and has other enhancements, similiar to the nanosuits of Crysis), a mask with integrated optics which allow to pick up his targets even in pitch black enviroment, always carries several different ammo types for his sniper rifle(explosive, igniting and venom filled)
Personality/traits: Cold as an iceberg. Never shows any emotions. if you get a smile from him, you can consider yourself extremely lucky. when in action, he's very focused, and will wait no matter how long it takes to get the perfect shot.
Background: It is unknown how Seth became a supersoldier. Authorities speculate that he was a volunteer of one of many Mengele's experiments to perfect the supersoldier implants and abilities. His 'gene-seed' is perfected to fit the sniper's role, rather than assault which Vlad is suited for. Seth's and Vlad's paths crossed a long time ago in Central Africa, when they were both hired to protect a local dictator from the revolting people. They both soon realised that killing the dictator would be more beneficial than to be his bodyguards. The two soon grow to close friendship. Until recently, they hadn't seen each other, untill they met in St. Petersburgh. With Vlad they traveled to New Constantinople and started to run a PMC.

Alias (if any): Eyes
Background: Kane was abused as a child, being moved around between foster homes. At the age of 13 he blew up the house of his current abusive foster-parents. He grew up fighting, drinking, using drugs and screwing around until an age of 20. He then started working as an assassin, retrieval expert, pickpocket and con artist. Working his way through the underworld his name got well known. He was a major player in the fight against both Zero and The Doctor, but disappeared during an explosion and was not seen since.
Physical Appearance: 5.10 tall, 80-100kg, muscular appearance, azure blue eyes (pupil included, looks as if he is blind though he is not), doesn't favor any specific style of clothing, shaved head and no facial hair, slightly tanned skin and slightly scorched at the back/left of his neck.
Powers: Nightvision. Superhuman speed, strength and reflexes (increased from the previous RP, though not like he can punch through iron and stuff). Can easily blend into shadows and "disappear" when it's dark. Lost his regeneration powers during his recovery from an explosion.
Skills: Martial arts skills highly improved, extremely talented with most weapons, great shooter and sniper. Very good tactician. Very good with the ladies.
Other notes: Strong sense of honor, prefers not to lie and values friendship over pretty much anything.

Ok. After hashing this out with Berny I would like to introduce...
Name:Jason Dumont
Alias (if any): Mirror Man
Background: Jason was part of an experiment in multidimensional travel. He became 'caught' between dimensions momentarily, and when he managed to get free, he learned that he could create 'duplicates' of himself..as well as redirect super powers to one of these other dimensions..so that it didn't affect him. These powers had to target him and only him however, he could not do anything to any abilities that covered an area OR was always on and didn't target anything specifically.
Physical Appearance: His normal appearance is a 5'10" Brown haired, Brown eyed Caucasian male. He is so plain and non descript that he often goes unnoticed. Which is fine with him.
Powers:Has the ability to create a certain number of images of himself at one time (which can be replaced). These images are very fragile, and even a normal punch or kick can disperse them. They are able to act independently or as directed by Jason. Also he has a very unique ability. He can deflect any superpower directed directly at himself. He has the power to 'switch' places with any of his current images at will.
Weaknesses : All of his powers come with weaknesses. There is a chance, while having the images up that a random condition may affect him. Vertigo, confusion, disorientation, or the images can suddenly start acting on their own (he can make them disappear but if he creates more within a certain length of time they are out of his control as well). The chance of the random condition affecting him is SMALL, and only one of the conditions will affect him at any one time. The other weakness is for his 'deflection' ability with powers.
It has limitations other then just has to be directed at him, etc. First if it is something like 'super strength' it just reduces it to 'incredible strength' like one of the strongest normal people in the world would have. While any type of energy (lightning blast, energy ray) etc will be totally negated..if used wisely enough it can still affect him. (Ie don't aim AT him, aim at the roof over his head, etc).
Skills - Disguise, voice mimicry, and acting.

Sounds great Mytical, though I'm entirely sure how multidimensional travel is possible 15 years from now. No matter, as long as it never does actually become possible (unless its from some amazing superpower), I'm fine with it.
Alright, this guy is also in the last part of Supervillains, but he carries on to Superheroes.
Name: Unknown
Alias: Ouroboros
Age: Unknown (Looks to be in his late twenties)
Physical Appearance: Is dressed in a black leather duster, dark tight fitting clothes, has a large black hood on and a white mask that complements it. He is tall and very thin and has abnormally pale skin on occasions when people can see his skin.
Background: Unknown
Powers: Power steal (can only steal one power at a time and whenever he relinquishes it for another power the previous owner of that power gains it back), superhuman strength and resistance (not as much as Leon had), and Time & Space Manipulation (short distance teleportation [one mile at most], time slow, time stop, and with massive amounts of energy can destroy the present and rewrite history from the past being the only one with any knowledge of the event). He can also float above the ground, but cannot fly or anything like that.
Weakness: Hubris and no allies.
Notes on Ouroboros and his powers:
He only started out with Power steal, but eventually some powers (namely the ones he has other than power steal) stuck with him and couldn't be let go. Due to an encounter with Zero and Morte in the past, he was left with the current limitations of his power steal ability. Because of his power steal ability, however, he is also able to tell who has powers and what powers they are.

Name: Unknown
Alias: Econ
Background: Econ was raised in the streets, by a retired super who couldn't make money. When Econ was 18, the super died, and he was left on his own. He tried to make his own superhero group, which flourished for ten years, before a chemical weapon killed all but two, who then left each other. Econ went back to the streets again, before long becoming a hired mercenary. Then, he did a terrible crime (I'll reveal it later) that he got sent to jail for seven years. After that, Econ then moved to New Constantinople right after the villain war, ready to start a new, fresh life.
Physical Appearance: Econ has a friendly, trustworthy face with medium length (mid-cheek) light golden hair. He typically wears a T-shirt when it's hot, a camoflauge jacket when it's cooler. In any case, under his attire, whatever it is, he wears a bullet-proof vest. He also wears camoflauge pants, no matter how hot it is. He has a blue circle with four slashes through branded on his right wrist, a sign of eternal shame. He also has a scar stretched diaganolly across his chest from an encounter that he keeps in secrecy.
Powers: Econ has two powers. One is a remarkable agility, allowing him to jump from rooftop to rooftop. This doesn't extend to physical speed or strength. His other is a curios ability allowing him to influence people uncanilly, letting him gain easy accsess to most places.
Skills: He has a skill at weedling out of situations and persuading people, made even more potent by his power. He also is good remaining calm under great pressure, and thinking straightly in such situations.
Weaknesses: Econ has a weakness to beatiful women, tending to lose his cool and nerve when he meets one, sometimes revealing important information. He is also weak to torture, so it will not take very long to get information out of him.
Personality: Econ is mainly a nice, funny guy to hang out with,a good and loyal friend. However, if he's is pushed to the boiling point, he changes entirely. He becomes cold and ruthless, a mark still left on him from living in the streets.
Weapons: He never hangs on to most weapons, prefering to use what he can in the situation. The only weapon he commonly carries with him is his pistol that he got for his fifteenth birthday from the old super.
Are the villains from the Supervillains still gonna be in this?
