Would it be correct to call this an ironic situation?
Americans hate fascism and fascist nations only to wake up one day to find out they themselves are fascists.
Just a small amusing thought of mine...
By the way, I hope Obama win. Most of those republican candidates seem like they would to enforce some kind of christian version of sharia laws if they could. I bet that if europeans could vote on american presidents, the democrats would have a massive victory most elections.

Well, obviously no european would trust american politicians. I mean that in the american election most europeans would root for the democrat even if we would not want democrats in our own countries. Democrats are more left than the republicans right?

I think that he is a little wishy-washy, but that is more because he doesn't want to just right out lie to the hard-core conservatives. I believe that he is the most moderate of the candidates, but you have to pretend to be an extremist to win the nomination and party support.
If it came down to it, I would not be able to make a decision yet. I want to see who does better in the debates (in my opinion, not the opinion of the bloody talkshows/ media). Whoever seems to have the best ideology for our current times will get my vote.

I'm planning on voting Libertarian, if I vote at all. There's no way I'm going to support Obama, Romney, or (God forbid) Santorum.
