USA should just give up on their corporate puppet republic and join the monarchy club. You will find most of the cool countries there like Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, other european monarchies  and some others from less fortunate parts of the world. How about Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden as King of America? I have heard that dude is so awesome and badass that his hobby is to publicaly attack presidents and behead them with a saber from horseback. History clearly shows that monarchy was the right path. The germans replaced the Kaiser with Hitler, the russians replaced the Tsar with Stalin, the american colonists rebelled and eventually became the mess they are today. The brittish had the most succesful empire ever under monarchy. Cool Australia and Canada are still part of some sort of commonwealth under brittish monarchy right? And all of Scandinavia except Finland and Iceland are monarchies. Just face it, the facts speaks for themselves, monarchy rules!

All hail the King and long live the Queen!!!

Also... All makt åt Tengil, vår befriare!!!

Of interest is Uhbumuh's recent attempt to intimidate the Supreme Court and undermine the role in the Supreme Court in the balance of power in the US. His claim that it is unprecedented for courts to overturn a law is quite laughable and shows just how gullible he believes his worshipers are. The Courts soundly backhanded him. I think the 'bumster knows the SC is going to shoot down the individual mandate requiring all citizens to purchase health insurance. His only prayer is that on of the Constitutionalist judges dies so he can appoint one that will disregard the Constitution.

Obama's lack of respect for the Constitution, courts, and freedom of religion should be major issues in the election.

I must admit Obama's statement about judicial review was very strange.  Thought, to be fair, I only saw the one five second clip so it's possible it was taken completely out of context.

From my admittedly low vantage, it seems likely that at least the individual mandate clause is going to be struck down as unconstitutional.  How that will affect the election is less clear.

The entire law wasn't really that great anyway, there are parts that are fine and parts that are not. It's too bad that the nature of Washington means that fully removing the law would actually costs the country more than it already would to leave it in place. Same with most laws.

It was a horrible law.  All the constitutional grey areas aside, and aside from the almost criminal underestimation of how much it would cost to implement, it didn't even address anything that's actually wrong with the healthcare system in this country.

Too bad voting 'none of the above' is a wasted vote.  Frankly if they put a monkey in a suit..and put the monkey on the ballot, I'd vote for the monkey.  Though..it could be argued that they do that on a constant basis..*shrugs*

That being said, this horrible law would have been implemented the same under a Republican if Obama weren't elected. It's just a continuation of the constant bad legislation written in washington to serve special interests.

The law was crafted and supported by Uhbumuh and his Marxist pals and rammed down the American people's throat by the democrat majority in Congress. The American people steadfastly opposed the plan and the plan is in obvious violation of the Constitution.

There is no way the Commerce clause grants the power to the federal government to force the American people to buy any private product, be it health care insurance, a tooth brush, a McDonald's hamburger, a Ford car, Flintstone vitamins, apples, bananas, Nike tennis shoes, a hair haircut, a pedicure, or anything else the federal government may wish all American citizens would buy.

The Constitution was written in such a way as to limit the power of the federal government to very specific enumerated powers and to prevent the kind of power grab that the Bumster wants for it.

No, Obama is not an "innocent victim of Republican propaganda" and it was not the standard bad legislation that Washington ordinarily produces.

Although it SHOULD be noted Obama during his campaign against Hillary Clinton opposed an individual mandate and called it immoral. After the election he reversed course and showed his true colors, embracing what he had earlier called immoral.

And nobody was surprised.

I wonder why Paul and Gingrich are still on, maybe Gingrich will stay till the last minute for snows and giggles and Paul seems to be just delusional about...well, everything.

1)  The constitutionality of Obamacare is currently up in the air.  Additionally, it forces people to purchase health insurance and impose penalties if they do not.

2)  It's been 4 years since President Obama was elected into office and the troops are still there.

3)  Congress has exclusive power over taxing and spending, not the president.

4)  How so?  In it's current form, Medicare is a mess.

5)  Congress determines what money goes where.  The president does not have the power to outlaw abortion.

Since you got the information from President Obama's twitter feed, it must all be true...
