I must say that fellow looks rather dashing in that picture.
It's probably Stevrichazonar, though we called him Steve, lot easier to use in casual conversation.
Haven't seen him since he to torched that little kingdom between France and Italy.

Besides they are so neutral even dragons stopped caring.
I'd also not consider Switzerland to be "Between" France and Italy, more like on top of Italy and next to France.

Bern sits very nearly half-way between Paris and Venice, so, using the term loosely, Switzerland could be said to indeed be between France and Italy.

i think what mrdragon wants to say is:
"what" kingdom between france and italy? as in saying that "whatever" kingdom was there, it was torched by the dragon, which he calls steve.
hence, what kingdom between france and italy means its just not there anymore

This basically, however it lost any semblance of humour after it was "joke assasinated" by smartassery.
Weither it was funny to begin with was debatable but now it certainly isn't anymore.
Kinda reminds me of a room mate back in boarding school, we actually referred to him as the "joke assasin" as he had the magical ability to try and add something to any funny situation and then suddenly, without intending it, it lost all it's mirth.
I wanted a country at a nice spot of mediterrainian sea... ;_;
