Ok, going cold turkey on caffeine was dumb, the migraines are killing me, going to take it slow.
2 days of non stop migraines, I caved, don't see why I ought to quit, just yet. 4 hours since my last intake of caffeine and my throbbing head has ceased, still feeling nauseated.

Yuhu update, been smoking for little over two years, including crack and weed, so far not even mildly addicted. I suspected I might be at some point in november after a heavy week of assignments where I went 30-40 cigs a day, but shortly after I stopped (not even thought about it) and went without smoking for a month or so, didn't notice any side effects like irritation or that hand waggling some people do (maybe that's just bs). I doubt I'm immune or anything like that, but so far I've not noticed the hallmarks of addiction.
