Doubt About de Editions
I posted something similar on the main discussion thread, but I think it's better to use a separate thread for this.
The video about the Collector Edition of the game, states that it includes, among other things 4 new heroes, 2 items, and if you pre-order the game, you get one more hero and one more item aswell as access to beta.
I found that on Ubi store, when I try to pre-order the Collector Edition, it says that includes 2 new heroes an items when the video said 4 and not 2, and that if you pre-order you get access to the beta, but doesn't say anything about the extra hero and item. In fact when I add it to the chart, it automatically add the beta access to the chart for free.
Now if I choose the Deluxe edition, it clearly states that it include 4 new heroes and items even saying the names of them, and that with the pre-order I get another hero and item and also says the names. And more important, when I add it to the chart, it automatically adds the aditional content (the hero, the item and the 1 month subscription to HK)to the chart for free instead of just the beta access that the Collector included.
Note that I'm from Spain and the page is shown in spanish to me, so maybe the problem is that it isn't implemented correctly. I've tried to use URLs from other countries's ubi stores in order to check if it's the same and always redirect me to my own country store, no matter what I do.
So now my questions are:
-The Collector Edition really includes the 4 heroes or only 2 as it states? And can I get somehow the aditional hero and item for the pre-order or this and the 4 heroes are exclusive content of the Deluxe (cheaper) edition of the game? Right now it doesn't include it and I would like to know if it happen on other countries or if it's going to be fixed in order to know what I'm pre-ordering.
-The artbook with the Deluxe Edition is the same than with the Collector Edition or it is smaller or just a pdf file?
-Does the Collector Edition also cost 80€ in other european countries? When I was doing the process to buy to check how to do it, it said that the 80€ was after adding the taxes and before it was around 60.
Thanks in advice for any help on this matter.

I just ordered it for about 56 euro's, I live in the Netherlands btw.
The extra hero and item you get from ordering from the ubistore, that's not related to the collector's edition at all.
The collector, or deluxe edition WILL give you 4 extra heroes and two items.
So a few things you got wrong, but the 80 euro's is weird, are you ordering it from the ubistore? cus I did.
For some reason, my order added free stuff from Call of Juarez though, I'm presuming that's just a bug and mislabeled content for Heroes.
Edit1:Just checked my digital receipt, yep I have the digital deluxe edition (which is close to identical but not entirely to the collector's edition which has a few extra items like the ring and t-shirt.)
Edit2:Just checked what would happen if I order again, suddenly now it adds extra heroes content to my chart and 4 pieces instead of 3 pieces of Call of Juarez ULC... I'm worried, sent e-mail to ubishop.

It happened the same to me with the Call of Juarez thing. Then it doesn't happened again after I cleaned the chart and now it includes the correct content (beta access and heroes on the deluxe one).
My problem is that the Collector Edition seems to give me less content than the Deluxe edition. This is why I'm asking if someone from other country can tell me if they are getting the 4 heroes and the extra one from pre-order with the Collector edition to know if it happens everywhere or is just an error happening with my country version of the website as I can't check with other websites (it sends me to the same page again).

No, because you'll be redirected to the canadian UbiShop. It's the same crap they've served us for Heroes Kingdoms and its releases country by country ...

That's exactly the same content listed to me.
Apparently even if the video says a different thing, you only get all the in-game content if you buy de deluxe digital edition...
If some insider read this please ask if this is true or just a mistake please!

Ok, if you preorder them from the ubi-shop the only diff between the deluxe edition and the collectors is that the collectors includes a T-shirt and a ring. And that the deluxe is entirely digital, whereas the collectors is physical.
And I'm rather jealous that the danish one gets a collectors, whereas the dutch doesn't it appears.

According to Ubisoft support who gave me the runaround for two weeks, the Collector Edition doesn't exist at all.
Ubisoft support sent me to Ubisoft shop support because they didn't know what came with games, fine.
Ubisoft shop told me that they don't know what they're selling and sent me to Ubisoft support.
I contacted Ubisoft support PREORDERS again and they told me that they didn't know what preorders were, sent me to Ubisoft shop support again and closed my ticket.
Ubisoft shop sent me BACK AGAIN to Ubisoft support. I reopened my ticket.
It was closed the next day, no response.
I opened it again and finally got a response...
"As indicated previously, we do not have any information about what will be included with the different versions available. However, I can tell you that we do not sell physical copies of our games on our own online store. All PC titles are download-only. Thank you for your understanding in this matter"
The Collector Edition does not exist because they do not sell physical copies of their games, that is probably why you cannot get the additional heroes because it can't go through Ubisoft. I don't know who it goes through, no stores in the States at least have the preorder available.
Kind of funny though how they won't sell their own games anymore and take two weeks to have an actual person respond to their tech support.
Since my ticket they have changed two sections of the Heroes main page, first they added the comparison page that went along with the youtube, then they removed the main link to it.
Why have a preorder button if you can't buy it from Ubisoft? I don't think I am going to waste my money on this game after all, I'm sure it will be available for free soon enough

English Collector :

English Deluxe Digital :
- 2 heroes

German Collector / Deluxe Digital :

- and 2 heroes ...
French/Italian/Spanish Collector / Deluxe Digital :
- 4 heroes

I've checked, the Dutch also says it has 4 heroes.
I have a theory and hesitantly I conclude that countries who do not get the Collector's Edition get the expanded Deluxe one. I.E. Those who cannot get a Collector's Edition can get all the features in the Deluxe Edition. Those who can get a Collector's one have less in the Deluxe version to encourage the purchase of the Collector's Edition.

Sounds like a pretty good theory to me, I'll check what the U.S Deluxe comes with but it's still pretty doubtful that I'm going to spend that kind of money for a pdf of a poster and some extra heroes

Hummmmm I sent a message to Ubi support and also was redirected. If you passed through that many turnarounds I don't think I'm putting the effort to have the same answers then  And actually is very weird that they say that they aren't selling anything physicall and then they have this one listed... And I have to check, but probably they are selling more physicall items. Maybe they redirected you to the support line of a different country that doesn't sell the physical version?
About the theory of expanded Deluxe edition only on countries where Collector's isn't available: In my country (Spain) I have the option of Collector's edition, and then the Deluxe edition with more in-game content listed than the Collectors...
Oh, and the price of the Deluxe edition suddenly increased the price...

Deluxe is the Collector without any physical goodies :
- no T-shirt
- no ring
- no physical poster/artbook (but you get them as pdf)
- no physical soundtrack (but you can download it)
