Need help in undead campaign of winds of war

How can i complete the final scenario of the undead campaign? I just get kicked out of the house. I play at champion difficulty.
My hero is Baron Von Tarkin lvl 22
Skills
Master death magic -> Master occultilism, grand master demonology Grandmaster necro
Basic nobility ->basic estates ,
Expert combat ->  Expert combat , basic archery
Basic chaos (from witch hut) -> basic sorcery (got from altar)
Please help.
The spells I have are all level 1,3 and 4 spells.
In town I get the hand of death.(killed 5 creatures after i reached grandmaster death)
Thanx in advance

You get 11 Dark Champions in the beginning. I mostly used Vampiric Touch on them. The hardest part is leaving the starting area. Afterwards the AI is clueless. You'll be fine as long as you choose your fights. What exactly is the problem?

Heya

I hope you don't bring skeletons with yourself, take only ghosts, imps, vampires and champions in main hero so that he can move very far.

You can also use a thief to enhance the movement of the army and death knight for the tactics so that the creatures will be a lot stronger than usual. Also use armies with 1 creature sometimes to explore and collect resources as to not waste movement with main hero.

Actually you get five dark champions and after I capture the nearby town it gives me probably every week a few undead creatures but I am completely surrounded if i want to attack one town another town comes with a huge army which my secondary hero cannot handle.
The scenario is Hand of Death.

If you don't have GM necromancy by this scenario, yeah it could be a hard one.
Get GM necromancy so you can build up your stack of vampires!
Then hire a couple more heroes to help out wtih controlling the enemy.

If you still want a save state, give me a shout and I'll email you mine. Champion diff.
My Tarkin is a dark-lord, also has expert order magic and advanced pathfinding to help with the movement. Didnt bother with combat; didnt need it.

I remember this map now. I had it confused with the map before when I was first thinking about it.
Yeah you have to pick your battles very carefully in the beginning until you build up a good stack of vampires. May have to reload several times.
On the first fight with the champions/archers you should lose no dark champions, then have at least 3 vamps after from GM necro. The griffins nest should be easy to take early, then you will have about 6 vamps.
Next you should be able to take out the harpies, split your dark champions into 5 stacks and cast terror on them all. (I split mine into 4 stacks of 2, 1 stack of 3, then the 6 vamps and Tarkin. Alternatively you could maybe also hire a death knight for extra def/off and have 4 stacks of dark champs).
After the harpies you will have 9 vamps.
After that, things are tough, and what to do next will probably depend on your character build. You might be able to attack the mantises, but that will be tough. Or you could maybe hit the ballistas and take the wood and ore mines. Probably you will have to hit the ghosts at this point or as soon as you can afterwards to take the crystal and gem mines. Then shortly after you could trade other resources and go to the quest hut to build the vampire dwelling in the town. To attack the ghosts you may need to hire some expendible troops, those you expect to take losses of. Like skeletons or ghosts. For me the ghosts were not too bad because I had expert order magic. I killed some then town portal back to town and went back, after about 3 fights, about 50 or so ghosts joined me from diplomacy. Casting slow on them helps a lot too.
