Check this one out :
Dude decides to kill himself, being an overachiever he decides he's gonna all out
1. Stands on a cliff, ties a rope around his neck and around the nearest tree
2. Drinks up 50 pills
3. Pours gasoline on himself
4. Takes a gun out
Starts feeling sleepy and more brave, he lights himself on fire and starts walkin towards the cliff, he jumps, in mid air attempts to shoot himslef in a head, misses and hits the rope... falls into the water, water kills the fire, as well, consuming water causes him to vomit the pills, he gets rescued by local fishermen....
dies in a hospital - cause - hypothermia....  
And for the category of the most F'd up way to go...

So many ways to hurt yourself with that tool... just getting stuck with the arm of your cloth can twist your arm off.

Come on, though. You got to admit. The thought of getting your head smashed in a lathe has got to make you cringe a little.

Ah, come on, that just has a certain gross factor.
Imagine being under one of these presses. 50 tonnes, coming REAL slow down on you. Imagine how you are standing first. Then you go down, down down, kneeling ... lýing. It comes ever down; you make an éffort to stop it, putting your legs up - but you could try to move a mountain as well. You try to make yourself smaller, smaller, smaller, but the pressure always gets higher...

How about being trapped naked inside a small space that forces you to stand up, all the walls around you have sharp glass shards sticking out. You're hungry and tired. Then a knife comes out and cuts bleeding incisions in your crotch. You'll writhe in pain and cut yourself in the glass even more. It's impossible to get a comfortable position to rest in. You'll struggle untill you just can't find the strength to do it anymore and fade away wondering how the heck you got into this unlikely situation.

Here once existed a video about a real life beheading done by slowly sawinga person's head off and skinning it after.
