I think each player getting his own loot is great! No more getting shafted because somebody has the "Pickit" hack.
Another interesting thing is that runes go in your skills/spells instead of in your armor/weapons.
Here are some examples of how runes can change spells.

Pickit hacks are easy to counter! Just always remember, unless it's people you actually know, you do not exist for the group, the group exists for you!
I recall once joining an act1 game with a level 1 paladin, the others were around level 8 and at quest 5. I managed to get to Andariel and take her out at level 9, before the rest of the party got there and they were level 12-13 and at catacombs level 3, close to level 4 as they entered her lair shortly afterwards.

nice idea with the runes - more variety is good, albeit I can already see how hard it would be to balance the skills. We'll most likely see tons of patches.
the nearly-no cooldown on teleport bugs me though, wasn't it supposed to be 8 second cooldown skill? Or else we'll get another D2-situation where you absolutely NEED teleport/enigma to be able to catch up with people...

I think every class has some sort of mobility skill. The more you invest in it the more often you can use it. That video also may not be from the most current game build.

I have not played any of the Diablo games as I was like 5 years old when the second came... xD
But Diablo 3 looks really fun and good from all the gameplay videos, so I will defintely try to get atleast into beta and try it out.
I do not like heavy melee classes, so Barbarian is probably not something for me.
I really like the Monk though and Sylvanas Windrunner... er... the Demon Hunter sorry. xD
I almost always play a Hunter/ranged class so I will probably end up playing with her.
But I like the Sorceress/Wizard too because I just love neat spell effects and teleports and stuff. But then, I guess all classes in D3 are going to be filled with super overdone effects, and I love that. xD
But seriously the Demon Hunter is awesome.
1. She looks like my favorite character from Azeroth in the trailer. The Banshee Queen Sylvanas Windrunner who is such a badass in the Warcraft lore and games atm. She is pwning the snow out of the Alliance in Lordaeron, to bad she got shot lol.
I hate that they changed her voice actor. Now she sounds brittish and not way to girly. -.-

At first I was like: OMG DEMON HUNTER SO AWESOME!!!1!11
but now I'm more like, mhm yeah I guess it will be funny. I just hate the cap, cowl, hood whatever, and her trailer was just way too clichéy.

Though from a gameplay point of view it's just brilliant, truly awesome.
I have always felt that ranged weapons in Diablo has been lacking but now if you can combine with long bows, short bows, big crossbows, duel crossbow, and finally small crossbow and shield? 
Yeah it will be really cool. (even if I'm bothered by her visuals.)

But yeah, that Bazaar locations were one of the best in the game, although I hated that overly complicated and every corner of it are the same dungeon under the Bazaar, so it had like 6 doors to different locations of the map, you got which one, right?
Anyway, I agree with Nightterror, this waiting is eternal!

Well I stayed hyped as snow for Starcraft 2 in more then 3 years, I bet I can be hyped about D3 for longer then that with ease.

Well, that would be earlier than I was expecting actually I think we won't have the game until Summer 2012

they have different teams for different games, so that wouldn't do much
albeit yes, their leaked schedule shows they are aiming for fifth WoW expansion.

Diablo 3 is now Assassin's Creed 2 basically.
It has DRM that Requires an always on connection even in single player.
This is the same reason we never got Starcraft 2 and now the reason we'll never buy Diablo 3. (Also lack of LAN play.) Activision is turning Blizzard evil.
So, looks like another game we will never get to play because of bean counters making it harder for honest game players.
