I had just bought the Vale of Meridia too and was ooh'ing and aww'ing over how pretty it was, then I arbitrarily stopped playing.
MMOs have a tendency to piss me off after I play them so long. I think I was getting increasingly annoyed with people saying "Know it" on the quest board.

I gave up on the game after I came to England. Tried downloading it and installing but it didn't want to seem to work so I thought **** it. Unfortunate because I did have great fun with that game.

Yep. That is basically it lol. To be honest, there were only a few guildies, all on different time zones. It just got impossible to co-ordinate.

Or well, that's not the whole story. Truth be told I did it to hear BLizzboy's voice as well.  (It pains me that I never gotten to hear Gnomes' voice...  )
Additional DDO was never my kind of game, MMO's generally aren't my kind of games.
However it was fun for as long as it lasted, but I don't think I'll be playing anything more...
