Crown of Leadership
I'm having trouble finding the precise information on an aspect of this item. "Doubles Estates, Recruitment, and Diplomacy abilities effect" Now the first 2 are obvious, but how is diplomacy enhanced? Does it increase the chances joining or just halve the costs, if any, to employ?

See page 320 of the Fan Manual. Since Diplomacy is doubled, it must be doubling that calculation.

We should thank those that are credited with putting it together (Thanks!, Thank-you-all) but alas they are names that have faded back into the mists of time. Maybe H6 will resurrect them.
I know of a short but well done scripting guide as well. Pitsu and a few others put it together. (I know none of them) It's located at CH and was kept going by rdeford. (retired from scripting) Let me know if you want the link. I'm not scripting but I may one day if we don't end up with an reborn Editor in 5.5. E.E.
