Downloaded successfully but it won't start. Starting the .exe gives me an error with the following text: "This application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more details". Anyone else having the same problem?
By the way I'm with 64 bit Windows 7.

Hm... It would be nice if you un-RAR the file and run the setup to begin with.

Are you updated it ? If not try to run gu.exe directly as administrator and disable antivirus / firewall etc

Wow, really big file, nearly as big as Disciples 3 demo, it says it will last 3 hours to get that think downloaded!! But I'm sure this will be a thousand times better than disciple 3!
EDIT So I first must run the update thing to make it run?

Yes, I installed the patch. Right now I'm reinstalling the whole thing and will try again. During the first installation my net connection dropped for a while and the thing could have been trying to connect to something. Hopefully it will work this time.
Edit: it works after the re-installation. Good stuff.

So i take it you dont have a rar extractor, just download one (do make sure its from a safe-site).

Playing it now, not sure what the NDA allows, but so far my reaction is: OMGOMGOMGZOMG I can't believe it's actually as cool as I expected it to be!!!  OFC there's an aspect which is horrible, but due to my inexperience with NDAs, I'd like to err on the side of caution, so I won't say anything about it.
