I have a general, yet somewhat random question regarding the beta (hopefully its not too off topic):
I pre-ordered a deluxe edition copy from Direct2Drive and I was just wondering if I still get a beta key?
I know this sounds strange but I tried asking ubisoft about it, and they told me to ask D2D, so I did. D2D told me that ubi is in charge of what the content is included so ask them.
So I was just wondering if anyone has someway of knowing if you will get a key or not?
Is it too early to start being concerned?
I would be disappointed if I didn't considering I did get a deluxe edition, and it would have help to clarify which deluxe edition gave you beta access and which did not

if closed beta ends tomorrow do we know the time? also, when does open beta starts? are we (the ones that got a key for closed) going to get a key right away?

Irina just posted. It will stop tomorrow around noon (CET). Anyone who was in the closed beta (aka had a key) will have a key for the public beta.

So, I've got problem again, I run the beta from another account I download it.  And now I can' t play. Is that a chance to deactivation the key and activate it on correct account ?

Well, that beta was short-lived.
I'm so glad I devoted eight hours to downloading it. 
I mean, I get why it was necessary. I guess. Sort of.

So I just joined this forum because it seems hardly anyone bought the deluxe version off D2D. I did, and have been told that they do NOT provide keys for the Beta. Here is what I got in the way of a message from them:
Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry for any delay in our response.
Unfortunately we are not currently offering access to the beta for Heroes of Might and Magic VI. All content included with our pre-order is provided on the game's product page.
We're sorry for the greviance this has caused.

I have a prety high-generation computer and the latest drivers,but i cannot stay more than 10 minutes in the game,because it appears a black screen and the game must be stopped.
Its quite annoying,for to be able to see the new factions i had to restart the pc dozens times.

I'm not quite sure about this Cepheus, with all due respect, you may be wrong.
I work with programming and sometimes a single variable in the source code could solve a problem to someone. Of course it's not that simple, but maybe the developers made changes in the new version that can help many people.
I don't know what's the focus of the public beta, but when people get access to the private forum, they can send their PC's configuration and DXDiag logs. This way Devs can identify bugs or crashes.
This must be a point of attention for the dev team, because having the game running on a wide range of computers is a good way to make the gaming community happy!

Can someone help me? I thought that when the closed beta ends (as they said 2 hours ago) we wouldn't be able to play it anymore. I tried playing, it says "connection to conflux failed" but then I can play the game. where was I mistaken? thanks for the help

the thing is that I would really like to know the official opinion. is it a "bug" that i can still play and it will go away in some hours, or we ARE supposed to keep playing the closed beta?
