When I run the game at full 1600x900 resolution the mouse pointer graphics are about 40 pixels below where they should be. I have to aim below stuff and wait for them to highlight to get anything done. Seems fine at 1280x768.
I get a black screen if I change the resolution, or if I minimise and come back. Have to restart the game when it happens.
The game seems to think my computer can handle more than it can because running it on the settings it decided makes the animated sequences lag like hell and the whole game feel jerky and sluggish. Dropping the settings makes it better.

Download latest graphic drivers first,

So I have this problem that has only been pestering me since today. My game crashes whenever I enter the Singleplayer tab in the main menu. It also crashes when I try to load or save a game while in a game.
Anyone has any clue of what to do? 
Note: this has only been the case since today, before, it has worked fairly crash-free...
Edit: I believe it might have something to do with curropted save games or something, something.
But can I even access them, and if so, where?
And if that's the case, and I can't find the saves to remove will I be forced to reinstall? (in other words, I will have to try...)

So I finally managed to fix my problem, by installing my game directly onto my desktop and moving all folders into my personal folder.
For what it's worth, I still don't know what causes my problem and I'm still going to buy myself a new PC.

Hey everyone,
I encountered this strange problem. Whenever I run the game, it will run it in windowed mode instead of full screen mode and while it is in windowed mode the game just freezes and I have to kill the program via task manager. Is there a way to start the game back in full screen again? I believe I got this problem from the game automatically switches to windowed mode after saving a game.
Hope you guys can help me.

Or you could check/uncheck the "windowed" button in the options

It keeps shotting down on me!!
I play for like 10min and bam - closes itself - Program not running - windows says :S
And I downloaded new drivers for my graphicboard so that cant be the problem!!
Any suggestions?

Note of bug that causes crash: upon taking over a dwelling, that's not the same faction as my army, I get offered the creatures anyway. Now, if I don't have enough stack spots for them, I get to a screen where I can choose which ones I want. I tried right-clicking on the new creatures to remind myself of their stats.
Game freezes and crashed. (I've tested this several times, with different joining armies...)
