Well it seemed less of a screw up that Age of Reckoning is.
Plus I read that the combat won't be a continuos rape of the same three buttons, so this would be the reason of not attracting many players

Due to the massive losses THQ has been making, Dark Millenium will have to be pushed beyond 2014 unless some very generous investor gives THQ the 50 mil they would need for this game to reach the market.
TLDR: Dark Millenium is dead.

I have a feeling it will not see the light of day. Perhaps it is for the best. I do no think the Order vs. Destruction aspect would have been resonated well with fans.
Plus not being able to play as the Necrons would have been a major drag.

Tbh with necrons is the kind of same thing why it's hard to include them in DoW games.
If they stayed true to the fluff the necrons would be nigh unkillable
And if they didn't the fans would rage.
Speaking of Order vs Chaos, anyone know has it ever been decided on which side the Tyranids belong to?

They were reduced to PvE.
As to the necrons, they are no more unkillable than the rest of them. Pretty much everything is imabalnced in the WH40k universe.

Also with the way the necron caste is set up you would have to be a high ranking necron and that would be...uuuuhhh... weird?
Unless you were a cryptek although I still would not see it making sense

Started playing Space Marine. Quality carnage so far. Enjoying it until it inevitably bores me.
Would be cool if you could be something other than a marine. Even with the risk of the title becoming redundant. A few story-influencing choices wouldn't hurt either.

Completely agree with you there mate. There is a Dreadnought DLC, or coming, but that's only for multiplayer, alas.

Just bought the game of steam (66% discount YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!) cant wait to get my hands on it. Might even drop playing skyrim for a while.
Realisticly though both will have to wait till I am done with my exams next week T_T.

If any of you newbs consider playing (regular) multiplayer, don't.
Time after time you will be raped by 1 hitting undodgeable daemonic mauls.
EDIT: Damn, the C'tan are double the fun they used to be. Those Eldar are gonna be pretty pissed when their own cover eats them

Unless Necrons are in it, I won't bother with it. I'm tired of fighting Chaos and Orks.
I've also given up on the novels. The Black Library is focusing more and more on e-readers and it's apparent they will be phasing out printed novels in the near future. I understand it's more economical to produce e-books but I certainly do not have to like it or support it.

I'm not really bothered with the phasing out as most of my books are E-books anyway.
Although it would be nice to have all the HH books printed, instead of having the last books in the series as ebooks.
