Just tried a game with the new patch. This has happened to me before, I don't know if it's happened to anyone else:

It seems the game is bugged when it comes to keeping track of unit production/week. Usually it's fine if I have only a single town+dwelling. Under those circumstances I get a significant number of units and everything is fine.

However, for example, in the last game I played, once I got two towns my weekly production was completely off. I had two towns (converted properly) and two core dwellings (also converted) and my production of a unit like the Fury was either 5 or 7. I even had two secondary heroes with the first rank of Architecture.

Even when I had the Centaur Marauder building in only 1 town (I.E. the upgraded version) I was getting offered 1 Centaur a week. This was with the aforementioned Architecture heroes as well as the level 2 wall upgrade.

Is there something I'm missing, or is this a bug that needs fixing? Anyone else run into this?

I won't be able to test 1.2 but I don't get why the Vampires still have greater growth than the rest of the Elites.

I'm still trying to figure that one out... I picked Flawless Assault, Counterstrike 1 and Heroism and yet Sandor keeps gaining tears points. It's just beyond stupid how they break the reputation further and further with each patch/build.

So you get +10 tears on a map with a lot of "joiners" when the same map is obviously designed towards you going the blood way (quest reward being +100 blood) ?

They broke the sounds and we have music soundtracks overlapping.

Is there any crystal mine in the orc campaign? I have explored a lot of the west side and got 3 towns atm but still no crystal mine. I have to do market trade to buy those Centaur buildings =/

Yes there is but I forget where. I forget if you have to complete the liberation quest first, all I remember is that I found it pretty late.

But you can store both Tear and Blood points and when your Blood is ready to lvl up (Tear might be ready too) you can simply choose the Blood one. So it doesn't really matter that you got more Tear point.

Oh I haven't done that yet. It's pretty bad you get it that late

Yes the sound is horrible, like many tracks at once but displaced, I had to put it on mute. Also a problem with growth again but this time it was wrong immediately after ending day 7 but when I reloaded from previous save and did the same again before finishing turn everything was correct on day one. I'd like to know also if we are allowed to play with more than 2 heroes with starting town or if there is no limit like in previous beta since they seemed to point that it was a bug that will be corrected but still isn't. Just a question to not have bad habits

edit: Ah yes dreamwalkers and upgrade now don't cast endlesssly anymore, they just attack when opponent is weaker I suppose. But a weird thing, they cross obstacles as if they were not there, like the special of sun crusader. Nothing is mentioned about this or I missed something previously? Otherwise a bug.

Why is it that Ubisoft never can find the balance between one extreme and another? Before, you got 10 Tears points for an army fleeing, no matter leveling rate, and you needed 500 for first level.

Now points scale with leveling rate, and you only need 250 points. So on fastest XP rate, you gain 100 Tears points for each enemy fleeing (wtf!), which means that after 3 neutral stacks fleeing, you gain your first advanced class. Seriously, UbiSoft?

Sure, 'Fast' and not 'Fastest' is supposed to be default playing style, but even so, you only need 9 stacks fleeing, which is not a lot. And if they want there to be a 'Faster' mode, why not change it to something which actualy is fun to play - like, x6 XP - instead of the current x10, which is just silly.

Oh, and like I said many times before, please please please PLEASE make it so that chests are associated with the default level instead of the slow level. Chests give absurd amounts of XP compared to everything else, which completely kills the balance between XP sources.

Well, there's one important thing however, taking exp will mostly mean having a much weaker army (assuming massing cores is no longer the way - haven't played 1.2 but I guess not much changed on that matter) because of how little gold you start with. It's hard to say based on one rich map with relatively weak guards, however. We'd need more maps to watch the trends and come to some conclusions. Depends on how highly ubihole values chests (which means: how powerful guards will there be per 2-3 chests).

Is there any reason why shooters can't shoot anymore ? Did they add some hidden ammo value ? Did they code something because they don't want us to capture the last Wolf castle in Sandor's mission ? Did they simply f*ck up ?

For once that I was having a blast during a battle vs the AI ...

Nope. No unit was blocked. My Goblins were alone in a corner and my Centaurs just moved away from Griffins and retaliation-shot them but on next turn, they could only move into melee.

You can get Blood points easy too but itīs a little time consuming. Have one stack and fight vs a ranged unit. Weaken it as much as possible and cast "Pressed Attack" every turn while you defend with your unit. You get 1 Blood point each turn Is there any lvl limit to when you can change class?

It's a bug I've encounter several times as well. The creatures would only shoot if I used auto-combat.

But then I think either restarting the game or simply loading a save game usually fixed that problem for me.

Perhaps, but given the relatively meager amount of Gold provided, it just doesn't seem balanced. Notice that chests have "always" offered 500 XP/1000 Gold, 1000 XP / 1500 Gold or 1500 XP/2000 Gold. Why is it now that on the "standard" setting, it provides 3 times as much XP, but the same amount of Gold? Seems odd.
