Jinxer,
From what I can tell, when you start a new season you lock in place your total legacy points for that season.
How you spend those points can be changed from server to server, without affecting your setups for ongoing servers.

Finally!! Now just need the LInk for the TOH chatroom
* BTW... warning do not update your HOMMkGold User script... it is broken and jacarti link is not present.. and it removes your old one automatically.. so kinda sucks to have to manually add everything untill they figure out its broken.

That may be the one where the Jactari link is in the top center of the combat box. It's a little red icon with swords right below the Large crossed swords between the picures of the attacker and defender.
