Wow, nice, quite impressive.
But I see that some of portraits aren't new (such as Water Elemental from Conflux). I wait for some new portraits

Thanks guys.
I will update some pics as soon as I find troglodyte warlock or
there are like 7 female genie in the game
I tried to make all portraits as close as the original 3DO
description.So race and gender are correct for almost all.
I changed only few humans to lizards like Bron and Tazar but that's cause I am lizard lover

But I will steal some from Morn 'cause they are cool too

this new script for witches.They are really usless as they are.

By stealing I ment to use yours to play inside my pc with them.
I used only few that were created by Danza I think in my pack.
Like 7-8-9 maybe.Rest is mineeeeeeeeee

Hero portraits are always interesting. There are a few sites that have some very cool ones (some of them i already use in my mod).
There are a few on this site whith the new Heroes towns.
There are more to be found here, although the site is somewhat old and not updated for a long time.
And finally, i think the best ones are found on this thread. Some very top quality hero portraits are found here.

Note 1: In zip file, the *.bmp are original images of Heroes III. The *.pcx are my images for corresponding heroes.
Note 2: Please import only *.pcx files in sub-folders (Castle, Inferno, Special, Rampart...). Do NOT import files which are outside sub-folders because they are not named correctly. If you want to use them, please rename them to correct name of corresponding heroes.
Note 3: These images are used in Completed version, but I post here because I cannot post a new thread anywhere else (I'm a new member). Anyway, I think they will also appear well in WoG version.
To import images to game: You can use program MMArchive: open data\H3bitmap.lod and import *.pcx files. (You should close game or MapEditor when running MMArchive)
Please have a look at some thumbnails:
1st row: Special heroes
2nd row: Castle
3rd row: Necro
4th row: Tower
5th row: Rampart
6th row: Strong hole
7th row: Fortress
8th row: Inferno
Actually, the zip file have more images than above thumbnails.
The difference between these portraits to other portraits suit is: I tried to edit images so that they have the same size. Of course, there still be a little size difference, but I tried my best.
I will appreciated if you can give me some opinion. Thanks!

Note: This images are for Completed version. I have not installed WoG, so I'm not sure the Heroes' names and how they will appear in WoG.
The most update are for Necro (with Cygan theme) and Inferno (Red theme)
Please read !Guide.rtf in zip file to import *.pcx into game.
