That guy is just a guy, not a HotA representative. Not only you have a strange opinion about things sometimes which is not shared by anyone else

I was also wondering if the ogre will work any differently from the magog?

Of course it will. Why would Ogre work the same as Magog? They are definitely different units.

I think the splash damage was meant.

They discuss Polish Forge, suckers etc. Why not true?
If you by the way are not interested what HOTA thinks of your work - then ok, i'll stop posting links from DF2.
But why are you defending people who don't like whole idea or realization of polish Forge?

Okay, sorry. From your post I assumed that they're not talking about our Forge, but I didn't check the link TBH. My bad.

Though it's still not true - as Orzie said he's not HotA representative, so it's not "HotA people" who say that.

Macron1 said:

That's other thing - everyone can share their opinion. In fact these opinions are really helpful for us, after all we're doing this mod for people, not only for ourselves. Even if we don't agree with some things, we have to respect what players say about our product.

Cannoneers and Bombardiers - 5th level of Forge line up.

While Goblins in Kastore's army aren't one of disciplined forces, Ogres equipped with mystical ordnance made before Silence are the real elite of Forge forces. Cannoneers and heavier armed Bombardiers, although not equipped with lots of ammo to their weapons, are still dangerous during the fight, especially for those bigger beasts like Dragons and Behemoths.

I also think Ogre's face was improved. In previous version it had no details or expression, now it looks more defined.

Face stayed the same. Boots became brown (were deep grey).
Ogres are cool. Mask of upgrade looks like mask of welder:-)

Long time no see, Forge artifacts! Today the fourth and last artifact from our main Forge set: Breastplate of Juggernauts Idol!

...and 6th level of Forge - Sky Brawlers and Sky Knights!

They say that Agar himself was involved into creating stronger, but  lacking emotion variant of Minotaurs. Although they were made by a  maniac and their intelligence leaves a lot to be desired, they turned out to be an excellent choice for soldiers in Forge army due to their strength and endless obedience.

70 HPs for ogre? I thought they could start with 40, like the regular ogre.

does the slayer ability give a bonus against more units when you upgrade them?

fire proof ability for pyromaniac?

I really don't get the minotaurs. weren't they supposed to be flying units and not tanks? (they look really cool)

Cannoneers and Bombardiers will probably be weakened a bit. Slayer ability works for both non-upgraded and upgraded version the same - like if it was cast on advanced level. Pyromaniacs won't be resistant to fire magic - original Magogs weren't, so why would they? And minotaurs ARE flying, even though they are pretty slow.

yeah, that's what is weird, they seem more like an attack than a defense unit with those stats.

I meant just immunity to fire direct damage spells, meaning they could have a fire-proof suit.

Minotaurs are more like go-and-block kind of unit. Both flyers - 4th and 6th levels - are actually meant to block shooters, but while Brain Suckers are casting Forgetfulness and then they go away, Sky Knights are staying in one position and taking all damage with no problems. You know, 36 of defence is the third best in the whole game (not counting WoG). :3

And about Pyros - we thought that they already are very useful with their 2-hex attack, so any kind of resistance isn't needed at all.

Great work! All models look great! I find the Minotaur ability very interesting, yet I think that with the ability and those stats he will be extremely overpowered. Still, there is going to be balance changes anyway... good job guys!

'defence'? Macron, what have you done!

Already 2 fliers and 2 shooters...so I guess the Level 7 will be a groud walker?

well IIRC both dungeon and conflux have 3 flying units, so I don;t see what's the problem.

But haven't they posted their 7th level creature? that mutant crab sort of thing a few pages back?

that's what the level 7 reminds me of: a mutant crab, crossed with the spore-carrier from fallout 3, crossed with the piranha plants from super mario.

that's just all-around cool, if you ask me.
