you will be surprised to find same reaction in any kind of "closed groups". Even in real games developing teams.

These portraits were in public access in Internet. And Feanor just shown screenshoots, he didn't shared complete mod with them.
If Morn didn't want portraits to be published, he must have said "Don't use them" and that's all. No need for accusations on thievery and witches hunt.

fair enough, they said it's WIP, so sounds like they should just not use the portraits and everything will be fine lol

Maybe this is answered elsewhere in this thread, but what is the alignment of Forge? Are they evil? Hope they are not neutral as we already have 4 neutral towns.
Maybe it's hard to say, but can we expect Forge this year? And what about the other towns like Cathedral and Kronwerk (I think it's called) will they join Cove (and Forge) in HotA some day or were they dropped?

There is some backstory about what Forge concept is. But if you want to know what's going on, check like last 3 pages.
The future of HoTA's Forge is uncertain (a lot of work has been lost) while VCMI Forge is close to be finished. In fact authors claim it's coming as fast as possible.

It's a shame that HotA's Forge was lost. Wonder if we will ever get another town for HotA then.
Is it just the architecture for building towns that are different between HotA and VCMI?, or are the two Forges totally different?
Does VCMI allow you to play with Forge as well as the other towns or does it replace Conflux for example? Does VCMI have other currently playable towns?
Honestly I don't know anything about VCMI so forgive me, if I sound stupid.

So we should give up on forge? Damn you NWC!! Why didn't they just finish the damn town 15 years ago... I'd much rather Forge over Conflux.

You would get Conflux anyway (in SoD0 but not in form as it was published in AB.

Has it been confirmed that HotA are scrapping Forge though? Because you make it sound like it has and as far as I know it hasn't. Not yet atleast. I thought don_komandorr said he managed to recover most of the files?
There are two different Forge towns available for VCMI and you can add either one of them as an additional town without replacing any of the old ones. Read about VCMI in the VCMI thread or www.vcmi.eu

Warmonger never misses a chance to promote VCMI, it's almost as predictable as Macron1 taking a potshot at the crew of opportunity.
