Gameplay, variety of missions, evolving Kerrigan and such ===> surely, I enjoy the hell leveling up Kerrigan and evolving your army.
But about lore, NO F***ING WAY. The writing, the plot twists, the characters and the plot itself was thousand of times better in SC1 than SC2.
Not to mention HotS was only 20 missions (evolve ones are too short to be considered IMO).
blob2 said:BTW, can you guys tell me what exactly is wrong with the game for you? I'm asking out of curiosity. I've read somewhere that one of the worst things is that they change balancing too often (and too much) which messes player strategies. Am I right?
In the past it was the case. But the game has other problems, generally speaking, a lot of the times you find you can't make more than the devs planned. And that favors the "repetitive" feeling SC2 can give.
(Watch some minutes of this video and you may get the idea, maybe)

Yeah, I'm curious if they will end this or not.

I have been following this one for a while and it does look like fun - specially when they ( hopefully ) iron out the combat. Legends of Eisenwald ( N.B. Part 3 )

After all this time. IT IS FINALLY HERE!
This is where it all began, C&C Renegade, the game that would predate Battlefield 1942 to present us with the genre that achieved so much in FPS. REBORN!
The new Thief game looks rather nice.

Yeah, I actually forgot that I've posted my "looking forward to..." in this thread.
Sadly, there isn't much that I am looking forward to except these, but I think that they will keep me busy for a quite some time.

For those interested: the Armello game, that I mentioned before, which is a board game/rpg hybrid with anthropomorphic animals and incredible Disney'ish art style (though it's not your regular Disney cuteness plotwise and tone) has a Kickstarter project running. You can find it here. The page neatly describes the project. It's worth mentioning that the soundtrack is made by quite the acclaimed musicians, one of them being Lisa Gerrard from Dead Can Dance... Oh, and check out the second animated trailer ;P
I personally would love to back up this project, but unfortunately Kickstarter has only one method of payment, which I'm not fond of :/
The other game which is worth your attention is Endless Legend, an 4X fantasy game with unique setting and art style. It's worth checking out here.
